Jack nodded and walked out he came back in with a cart with about 10 videos on it "Each tape is 8 hours" he said "And if you can see by my father's studys vampires reject polyjuice potion we would have to drink once every five minutes to keep the effect and as you will see in thse tapes the only think im drinking is blood and water" he said Handing Khaat the tapes and a file that was marked "from the office of Zack Emof."

"This will take some review." She looked at the other members of the court. "I am prepared to recess this hearing until I have time to review these tapes. Does anyone have an objection to us having a full hearing of the evidence? If anyone wants to sit in on the viewing of these tapes, they are welcome. I will need...at least 4 days. But I won't ask anyone else here to work at my pace. What are your thoughts?"

Gabrielle looked as everyone seemed to misunderstand her actions and questions. "Just to get this clear.I am not anyone's lawyer defender i am simply up to discovering the truth nothing else.And i have brought you reports from the department of international magical relations that clearly states that Mr.Emof here didn't use Floo network to enter german ministry though that doesn't change the fact that someone else might have.I suggest we procssed with other charges and to make court recession afterwards.Seems rather reasonable since if we find him guilty for other crimes that will mean already a lot of years in Azkaban for the accused." she said giving her opinion to what Khaat just asked.

jack looked up he had been lsitening to all around him "I think thats a good idea give us time to review hard eveidance and fine any dicrepancys , if ter eare any in it " he said folding his arm across his chest as he lent forward "my vote is for recess till the tapes and records can me reviewed"

Khaat stood, her decision made. "I will review every piece of evidence offered, on either side of this arguement. I am putting this matter into recess until I can completely review these tapes. Court adjourned until further notice. Aurors, please return Mr. Emof to his home under the same conditions that he was held in until we reconvene." Khaat took the videos into her posession and left the courtroom.

Ne'Os left the courtroom with a auror escort if only they knew that was the worst decision they could make.

((since Ne'Os had jennifer killed in azkaban and "killed" sophia in the leaky cauldron i think the trial is over Very Happy

Gabrielle stood up as Khaat made a court recession after all. "Morgan let's go..Please have me notified when you plan a new session Khaat." she said to Richard and added to Khaat as she took on her jacket and her bag walking out of the courtroom dragging Richard along as always. How long untill i loose my body-guard... she thought with a sigh.
