Emof Retrial

Gabrielle listened quietly untill Ne'Os finished speaking. "Good now i think we should listen to what Mister Uhler has to say about the happenings he witnessed during his job with Mr. and Ms, Emof.I mean before we start interogating him.Or if you prefer you can interogate him first Khaat." she said from her chair as she payed more attention to what was happening and to what was going to happen.

"Ask your questions, Gabrielle," Khaat agreed. "Mr. Majere, please hold your questions to see if your concerns are resolved by the Wizengamot members themselves. If you have remaining questions that pertain to the point at hand, you may ask them at that time. As I said, we will deal with one item at a time because there are numerous things to be resolved here. I do respectfully appreciate your patience with such a complex matter."

"I think I asked first Khaat, so does it make sense for Delacour to ask the questions?" Vincent asked harshly. "She is the temporary minister, but that does not mean she holds a higher seat in the Wizengamot than I do. However, let us see her points." he said, rolling his eyes.

"Forgive me speaking up but i can come back later if you guys have to decide who can speak and who cant" he said being completely serious.

Dae Diggory came into the court room. He was on a wheel chair which was obviously enchanted to push itself. The man paused for a second as he glanced around the room stopping at Emof and scowling. The sickness had aged the man, and he still had a sickly ere about him. He then turned to the wizagmont and gave them a bigger scowl to show his disapproval for not telling him of this chief trail. While the normal business was to mundain to make him incur the wrath of his illness to leave. This however stirred him and forced him to come to the grounds of the ministry. Dae coughed violently as the wheelchair pushed him forward. “I Demand to know why I wasn’t informed of this? Also reporter please read back the log of this proceeding” Dae said finishing with a sharp cough that out to make near standers feel the pain in their own throat.

Ne'Os saw Dae enter for once fear entered his eyes he knew that he had minimal chance of clearing his name now. He glanced at Jack who seemed to understand to be prepared to go if they had to.

Vincent stood up as he saw Dae enter the room, were his eyes decieving him? No, the minister had entered the room, looking as ill as ever. Vincent knew he had come to make sure Ne'os would lose the trial. It was now guaranteed that Ne'os had no chance. "Welcome Mr.Diggory," Vincent said respectfully.

Samantha was more afraid now then she would ever have thought that she could be in her whole life. When she had gotten Ne'Os back in her life she was greatfull and happy again. But to have to go to his second trial and only be able to hope that he come back home made her more than just scared, it made her angry at the people that would do this to him. So as she entered the courtroom she looked at Ne'os and Ne'os only. She knew that if she looked at anyone else she would do something about her anger. She knew good and well that Ne'os was inocent. He would never have killed a minister that he didn't even know and would never hurt the one that was here now, he wasn't that stupid. Plus this would be a good chance to make everyone see that the minister himself was to blame for all the wrong doings that Ne'os was facing.

"Minister," Jess said curtly out of shock. "Welcome back," he finally managed to cough out, looking at him. yes, he looked dreadful, almost though a gust of qind could pick him up and throw him out of his chair. Years earlier, this would've made Jess think that Dae would've been an easy target, but he knew better than to think things like that.

"First of all," Khaat said, unmoved by Dae's presence, "You were not notifed because of your obviously ill medical condition, Mr. Diggory. You have not been handlling business actively in your office for some time. And secondly, Mr. Majere, the most recent list of members of the Wizengamot that I have does not have you on it. At this moment, you are merely a spectator. The actual current members of the Wizengamot shall be heard first, and then we shall look at questions of gallery members."
