What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. jessica walked down th alley to the boook shop for the start of another day her key held in her hnad as she walked , as she drew closer she got the feling she was being followed , she stopped but the foot steps she heard stopped two. slowly she drew close to teh shop but then suddenly an arm wrapped around ehr throat she tried to yell but her voice was cut off by a hand over her nose and mouth slowly cutting off her air. Focusing she sent a blast of water at one man who tumbled back but her stregth was almost gone she could feel her knees wobble under her.

Varod and Anti were walkin down the street, Anti's hair dyed blond again, when they saw what happened to Jess. They nodded at each other. Anti ran at the man, fist soaring to his face. Varod summoned a chair from across the street and put it under Jess.
Spinning, he aimed a kick at the man's chest.

Jess caughed as the man suddenly let go and air filled her lungs she felt as if she would hit the floor but instead sat down in a chair hard wincing as she did the mans finger marks turning her throat red a she sat coughing. n a croacky voice she called out " Incarcerous " and ropes apeard but her arm dropped to her side as she felt her self slowly black out somthing she didn';t want to do but her body forced her the wand falling from her hand to the ground.

Varod slammed the now tied up man into the wall and punched him a lot.
"Don't" punch "ever" punch "touch" punch "her" punch "again."
He threw him at Anti and the latter kicked the tied up man into another wall.

Jess could feel her self slowy sip down from the chair to the ground she didn't know why but she could not move her body like stone then a sharp pain shot threw her an she cried out "AHHH!!" her back shot with pain her hands tingled and crackled with energy as she faoght to stay awake "Get... Robert" she said her face contorting with pain as she tred to control the energy of her magic running threw her she felt as if other two minds now fileld with fear were fighting to control her magic.

Robert got the distress call and came quickly. He saw Jess in distress and walked over calmly. He just never--well hardly ever--showed that he was ever rattled. He was always the picture of calm, cool and collected. He simply walked over to Jess, laid his hand on her stomach and said, "Stop that." He never raised is voice, but he had a firm, unmistakable commanding tone even when he was quiet. He left his hand there until the babies inside settle to the touch of his hand. "They just got frightened. Stressed. They're fine now," Robert said. "You should be feeling back to normal now."

Varod had sent the distress call, then ran over to Jess, Anti already there.
"That bastard didn't hurt you, did he?" Anti asked, concerned.
Varod extended his hand to who could only be Robert.
"I'm Varod."

Jess relaxed feeling the pain subside she opened her eyes to see Robert kneeling over her , slowly she sat up her body shaking a she did reatching into her pocket she took out the keys to the shop taking Varods hand she placed them in it "varod would you open the store, please " she said her voice shaky as she felt she looked at Robert she knew if she ahd that much magic insde ehr and they could tap it what would they do next and this scared her more than the dark man

Varod sighed and nodded. He unlocked the door and flipped the sign from closed to open.
"Alright, let's get you inside," he said, picking Jess up and took her into the shop, setting her in a new chair that was a LOT more comfortable. "You gonna be okay?"

"Yes," Robert said, "I am Robert Lupin. She's fine now, just a bit rattled, that's all. She'll be fine. She needs to rest a bit now. So I take it you can run the store for her for a little bit so she can rest. " He drew out a jar and handed it to Varod. "Brew this tea for her. It will ease her rattled nerves. The babies are sleeping now, Jess. If you stay relaxed, they'll be fine. It is not unusual for wizard babies to start showing some signs of magic in the womb. They don't really know how to use it. Its more your sense of their powers and their awareness of how you feel. You can control that by staying relaxed."
