Sunbathing

Samantha noticed sterlings stare at the vial of blood she was holding. "Do you like what I'm holding." She asked sterling.

"sam dont tease him" he said smileing at her.


((wow this reminds me of true blood were the humans know of vampires and the vampires drink sythasized blood well sometimes ))

"I'm sorry, dear, he was staring at it like he wanted some." Samantha said so that everyone could hear.

Sterling was so worried about his blood that he didn't notice Chase approaching him until her hand rested on his shoulder. The spot immediately heated sending throbs of exhilaration through his body. She looked straight at him and his heart rate accelerated further. She gave a faint smile that boiled his insides once again.

He then noticed the Vampire asking him a question and painfully tore his gaze away. A mix between fear and excitement gripped him and all he managed to vocalize was a faint whimper. He was kicking himself angrily on the inside. He added an unbalanced smile to attempt to smooth over the moment. He doubted it worked.

"well he did that"he said smileing at him this time showing his fangs.

Chase kept her eyes off of the two Vampires and kept hers on Sterling. She could tell he was freaking out. Like really bad. "Guys, please stop it, you're scaring him."She said turning to look at the two. "That's not very nice."She said catching a glimpse of fangs and falling back a step or two away from them.

"sorry" ne'os said retracting his fangs. "but he did seem to enjoy the thought of blood".

Noting the threatening fangs, Sterling's hand habitually fell on his wand. He released it, embarrassed of his moment of weakness. He knew they weren't going to hurt him. He repeated this continually to himself. "Er... yeah." he said awkwardly. "So... er... where does the ministry harvest its blood from?" he asked, trying desperately to be casual about the question... but worried he would hear an answer along the lines of "Oh, you know. They harvest it as punishment," or something of the sort.

He now noticed that Chase was backing away as along with him. The instinct of fear overpowered his conscious thought. It was all he could do not to draw his wand and curse them on the spot, or else turn and run for his life. He was incredibly thankful for Chase's asking them to stop their joking intimidation. He shook with a mix between and shudder and a shiver from the cold.

Chase stopped and looked at Sterling. "Love..calm down."She said staring at him putting her hand back on his shoulder. He was really freaking out. She put her other hand on his hand going for his wand. "It's ok."She said softly as a roll of thunder sounded over their heads. She jumped, having forgotten about the storm and the cloak. She kept her hand on his shoulder and gave him a soft smile. "Be careful."She whispered her hand on his to make sure it didn't go for his wand. She turned and looked at the others keeping her hand on his shoulder and grabbing his other hand. She didn't want to grab his wand, and his hand seemed fine. And warm. She shuddered slightly at the thought and looked at the other two uncomfortably.
