"What a beautiful day!" Chase spun in a small circle and started to skip down the lawns. The sun was out, the air was warm, and smelled sweet, like honeysuckle! Sunlight streamed through her red hair and she flipped it slightly to make it catch the wind better. Classes were over for the day, and she had already changed. It was always one of the first things she did after class. A jean skirt, and a yellow t-shirt that said "HUFFLEPUFF" Across the front in black. Overall she was showing off her Hufflepuff pride. Doing a small spin again, she flopped down by the lake and took a deep breath in, closing her eyes for a moment. It was such a lovely day! Even her scar wasn't hurting her! The long jagged scar ran down her back diagonally, and was just seen over her shoulder, and sometimes it peaked out from under her shirt by her hip. But it wasn't hurting today! Which made her in even a better mood!
Chase stood up and tripped before regaining her footing on the boulder she was standing on. Looking over the lake she saw the Giant Squid put it's tentacles over the water and wave them lazily. It really was a lazy day! She giggled happily and turned around, tripping again, she righted herself and started off at a stroll around the lake. It was humid down here, and she could tell a storm was on it's way. Even if there weren't any clouds in the sky yet, she could tell by the way the air moved along the surface of the lake. Skipping, she found a small secluded spot, and sat at the top of it, so that even though the secluded spot was under her, she was visible easily. She didn't know where her friends were right then, but it didn't really matter. They had their own lives didn't they! She giggled to herself and started to hum, a song stuck in her head.
Kicking her feet lazily, she smiled. It had been a while since she had found out she lost her memory. No one would tell her how she was like before she lost her memory, but that was okay! She was happy now wasn't she? Flicking her hair back over her shoulder she looked around and smiled happily. It was beautiful out, and she was basking in the sun, wishing it would tan, and not just freckle.
