The First Day

Clayton saw Delilah Steven and Dylan leaving Sparks and he punched the wall again blood now staining his knuckles. "F***," He cussed loudly " F*** Shit, thats all my life is." he watched Dylan wishing he had known about him along time before now. wishing he could have done all those things a father should do with his son. but he had lost that Chang because delilah hadn't told him he had a son. she had kept that from him sadly.

Delilah walked with steven smileing and joking with dylan. she felt as if some one where watching her but was to afraid to look and see. she picked up dylan and carried him with her. "i think he's still around here some where," she whispered.

steven nodded as they walked not looking behind him " im afraid hes not going to disapear any time soon hes been singed to here as a new Auror all I can do isd keep him away from you and Dylan for now " he said softly back as he wqlked her to the main doors of st mongos and opened them for her to pass threw.


Jess walked down the corridor her files in her hand she hd done alot since starting at st mongo's Robert and seen that she was busy all the time ,she had grinned when she discovered she was Delilahs healer and she would care for her threw her pregnacy it was her first one and twins , she was over the moon . She smiled as she walked thn she saw Steven " hi steven , Delilah here for her scan and check up?" she asaid and then saw a small boy holding his hand " hi you must be Dylan bet your ecited to see yoour litle brotehr or siter today" she said softly.

Delilah stayed next to Steven as they walked. she smiled at jess softly. Yeah," dylan said smileing brightly. since steven had come into thire lives it made it easier for them to trust people. "he has been for months." she said giggleing at her son. she clanced back out the door hopeing Clayton haddn't fallowed and sighed in relife when she didnt see him. she even relaxed a little feeling a little better.

Jess smiled at Delilah and held out her hand " its good to meet you finally he won't shut up about you and how much he loves you 2 she said and chuckled her eys fellto Delilahs tummy " active arn't they " she said and smiled 2 thqats a good thing its when thy go quiet you worry " she motioned to a room close by " come with me and we'; begin , thers nothing to worry about and nothing intrusive ok , its more to make sure your comfrotable and everything is going well with the babaies " she said and opened a door to a room where in one corner sat some toys and a machine sat against a wall next to a high bed " Delilah if you'dslid up on the bed " she asked while she went to wash her hands so she could begin.

Delilah shook jess's hand.then fallowed her into the room, and dylan walked with her. she sat on the bed as she was told and wished that steven had come with them. dylan stayed next his mother for a little bit then ran back to steven. she watched him but didn't stop him sure he was safe. "they have moved some not a lot though." she said still watching dylan and steven. she giggled as she watched them. loveing how they acted as a real father and son. "they are so cute togeather," she said.

Clayton had finaly fallowed from a safe distance entering as delilah went into a room. he smiled as he watched dylan.

jess walked over to the door and frowned at the man opasite as she closed hte dor over " well they are growinf big do not so much room to move " she said and walked over she placed her hands on her tummy " well one is head down and the other is bottom down, we'll watch him " she said as she pulled over the machine and lifted her shirt to expose her tummy \" Dyalan steven baby time " she said and chuckled as if she was a teacher . Taking some gel she ran the prob over her tummy " theres one , and ok theres the other 2 she chuckled " well i gues they don't like each other one is kicking the other" she faced her and smiled " do you wqnt to know what they are?" she asked .

Delilah smiled as jess called for her son and husbend. Dylan came running in as jess ran the prob over delilahs tummy. she smiled as she watched the little screen on the machine. "yes we would like that very much." she said and dylan staired at the picture. "they are babys?" he asked and delilah giggled. "they are tiny," he said. "yeah they are," delilah whispered a tear in her eye.

Clayton was dissappointed when Dylan ran into the room his mother was in. he waited impacently for him to come out ne again just so he could see him.

steven watche dthe screen and held Delialhs hand in his smiling as she saw two tiny babies on the screen then he saw a small hand " look Dylan theres his hand " he said pointing out the fingers he looked at Delilah and smiled " I'd like to know " he said softly .


Jess moved to the second baby witch ws slightly smaller that the first and she smiled " ok she's helthy a bit small but they usually are " after taking several pictures nd printing them out she she smiled as she looked at them " you have a daughter and a son and both are very healthy " she said wiping away the gel she helped Delilah sit up then handed her tywo photos one said baby 1, male, the second baby 2 female. " I guess you an choose names for them , whay did you think Dylan , aborther and a sister"

"Names, we haven't even thought of names yet." Delilah whispered smileing as she looked down at the pictures. they where going to have another son and a daughter. she would have been happy either way but she was excited to have a little girl. Dylan smiled seeing his mommy happy, "mommy's happy," replied to Jess not caring about his own emotions which was odd for a four year old, no matter how close they are to their parents. Delilah picked him up and said "yeah i am happy."

steven held her hand his heart skipped as he said one boy and a girl leaning down he kissed her "we can decide that once were home honey" he said seeing the smile on jess's face " thank you jess " he said and feeling happier than he had ever been in his life about having a daughter . his hand brushed over her tummy as he helped her to sit up ." you feel ok Delilah " he asked " because i feel like my head is floating" he admited then he picked up Dylan " a brother and a sister " he said excitedly as he held him too.
