Staying Around

"If we have time," he said smiling slyly at her. Thought then began to race through his mind as he tried to decided if he should investigate or not. In the end, he had to go with what his gut said. He pulled out his wand and chanted something and a large air bubble appered over his head. "This is weird," he said his voice muffled on the outside "but I'm gonna go check out the bottom of the lake, if you want to come." He waited for Miserias answer, which he assumed might be no.

Miseria smiled at him. Though, she was in Hufflepuff, she always wanted to see and learn something new and interesting. So, she swam back where she could feel the ground, and took her wand from her jeans pockets, and let her clothing lay in the water. Then, pointing with her wand at her head, she made herself a bubble, and swam over to Andrew. “Let's check it out,“ she said and dived. Under water, she said quickly Lumos, and pointed with it to the bottom of the lake. It seemed to be deep. Then, not waiting much for Andrew, she started swimming to the bottom.

Andrew raised an eyebrow as he was surprized that Miseria had agreed to it. He watched as Miseria began to dive and swam after her. he wondered if she could hear him as they were underwater, but then realized that it probably wouldn't happen since air is needed so that sound could move. He peddaled hard after Miseria, yet was already worn out from the last few laps. He kept his eyes looking,waiting to see something.

Miseria had no intentions to talk right now anyways. She was curious, and wanted to know what was in the bottom besides the plants, and mud. When she looked over her shoulder, she saw Andrew's figure not far away from her, and turned herself around, waving with her wand so that he could spot her. She had the light of Lumos at the end of her wand anyways.
Then she turned herself around again, and swam ahead, though, she doupted that there was something more than just fishes. It was just a lake after all!

Andrew kept up at a good pace and almost caught up to Miseria. Something out of the corner of his eye got his attention and he quickly turned to it. He held his wand out to see what it was, but the water was just too murky. He shrugged and continued forward towards Miseria. After about 10 seconds of swimming forward, he again saw something. This time he wasn't going to take a chance. He aimed his wand out and said silently "Bombarda Maxima!". The dust then exploded into a large dust cloud, but it was very silent, except for a shake of the Earth. He groaned and then continued onward until he was swimming next to Miseria. "See anything?" he said silently, hoping she could read his lips

Miseria squeked quietly when Andrew casted a Bombarda Maxima. Though, it didn't make any noise, the explosion scared her. Idiot! she thought to herself, rolling her eyes. What he wanted to do, scare her? She herself didn't notice any movements yet. Maybe she was just too concerned about what may be in the bottom.
She stared at the dust cloud with a disapointed expression on her face, and then looked at Andrew, scowling at him, as she didn't get right away what he asked. Then, when she thought a little bit over, she looked down, and shook her head. Anyawys, it was unnsessesary to explode things under water. It makes everything even more complicated to look. Sighing quietly, she didn't know what to do... Wait for the dust cloud disappear, or swim further?

"Sorry," he quietly said hoping again that she could see his lips move. He kept turning around in the water, feeling very paranoid. He didn't know if it was his brain or gut telling him to be this way, but it was something. He swam closer to the bottom of the lake, trying to see past the dust. It was weird since all he could hear was just him breathing fast though his noise. He finally thought he saw the bottom of the lake and looked around, still seeing dust and silt and all over the place. Nice Andrew, nice, he thought to himself. He turned back to Miseria and shrugged. Guess nothing was down there after all.

When Andrew swam to the bottom of the lake, Miseria followed him. Finally, when she could touch with her hands the sand, what actually almost like tried to sink her hands into, she smiled. She's never been somewhere so deep, and it was cool! Right now, she could even forget that she was Under water, conquering her own fear.
But yeah, tomorrow she'll be afraid of it after all. She knew that it won't get over so easily.
Then, she looked around, and when she saw nothing, she looked at Andrew, grinning at him with told-you-so look. It was just a fish, why did he doupt that? She'd laugh even harder if she'd see on the top of the lake dead body of the poor fish. So much for the dangerous living beast here.

Andrew rolled his eyes playfully at Miseria and shook his head. He could finally see the silt and dust blowing away now and saw something even more peculiar. It looked like an overturned fishing boat, a wooden kind with no motor, and it almost looked like a canoe. He swam over to it curiously and then examined it. He wondered how old it was and when it was sunk a while ago. He waved his hand so Miseria could see and then tried to pull the boat up, but it looked like it was 'stuck' in the sand.

I am replying to other roleplays, and thanks to them, i am running out of the ideas quickly, so I'm giving you chance to godmod (which is mainly a reason why i had to read your OT twice before it even hit me in the head) But you can create mini sized Loch Ness monster. Miseria would keep him as a pet... Or her.]

Miseria held her breathe for a moment. But then she just followed him, again, but stayed away from a boat at the beginning. Alright, that was odd. Who would want to go fishing here? Not any muggles, she thought, however, a city was near the forest anyways. But if so, then where are the bodies? Already somwhere under the sand?
Then she swam to take a look at the boat herself, raising her eyebrows in a surprise. When Andrew also gave a shot to pull out a boat, she sighed quietly. Right now, she didn't have any spell what would come up in her mind, so she just pointed with the wand at it, and casted Wingardium Leviousa, and watched, as the boat levitated.
