Ne'Os Emof's trial

Was he hallucinating now? How had Ne'os fought of petrification so quickly? Though then again, Khaat had done it wandlessly. And now Ne'os was agreeing of going to Azkaban? Well... "I suggest that aurors come in to take Emof away to a different room, while we vote and discuss about his punishment.."

"probobly a good idea" sir he said taking a glance at the minister he noticed the silver daggers sitting there they spun to face the minister Ne'Os felt his eyes go black his voice deepened to a denomic tone that sounded as iff it was comeing from the air around them "Minister know this while i did not kill the german minister if you lead a genocide against half breeds i will kill you with my mind" he said as two aurors came into the room and escorted out the daggers remained pointing at him but were no longer a threat as Ne'Os was out of range.

Shacklebolt sighed, what Ne'os had done, had turned the case against him. There was no way in hell that he would win the trial now. He turned to Hermione, so she would start the vote.

Khaat sat, rather shocked at the turn of events. She had fought hard for the young man that she believed had a lot of good left in him. She didn't understand why he was throwing it all away. "Headmaster," Khaat asked softly, "do you think we'd get some answers if we did try the veritas potion? Something still is not right here. I think we still need the truth. Perhaps they would let us try that as a one last ditch effort for the truth."

The headmaster nodded as Khaat told him what the possibly should do about it. "Mrs.Granger, as we have not reached a suitable conclusion or gained any evidence of crimes, I believe that a truth serum should be used on Mr.Emof," he commanded.

The vote of taking Ne'os' elder wand and horcrux was clearly voted against him, which hermione had expected. Before she could start the last vote, on if he should go to azkaban or not, Ne'os did something quite unexpected. He threatened Khaat Lupin, who after Shacklebolt, was his best supporter. Hermione frowned, indeed, this had changed her whole opinion about the boy. Perhaps he did need medical attention, he cold no longer use the excuse of need for blood, as that was obviously not the case. "Forget it," she replied curtly to Shacklebolt. "We do not use truth serums here, and I guess we have gathered enough evidence... Emof has shown quite obvious immaturity during this trial. He has also insulted you Kingsley, and threatened the minister and Khaat. This is not an attitude I expected. Also, like Majere said, he has created a horcrux, which just shows that he is a dangerous person. Deep inside, he may be a good person, but overall right now my opinions on him have been damaged. Perhaps we can see what problems he has after some medical attention. For now, I will hold up my vote on whether he should go to Azkaban or not, after hearing your comments, and your votes, I will decide and conclude this trial," said hermione. She then looked at Khaat and Shacklebolt for their votes.

Khaat sighed heavily, taking a moment to gather her words before she spoke, slowly and deliberately, "This is a truly sad day in the history of the Wizengamot when we are forced to incarcerate a child in Azkaban. I want it in the record that I openly oppose, vehemently, his being held there if it is done without extensive examination. There is something that we have clearly not uncovered in this hearing that permits him to behave and think rather benignly one moment and as if he is a whole different person the next--with an evil personality and thought process. I do not know, at this point, if he is ill or if he is bewitched, but I do firmly believe we do the whole wizarding world a disservice and perhaps put them and the boy at risk if we do not find out why he makes the distinctly different changes that he does. And, no, I do not believe it is merely because he is a vampire.

"All that being said, as long as he is this unstable and uncooperative, he is at risk to himself and he risks others. Unfortunately, I see no place prepared to hold him except Azkaban. I will only support his incarceration, so long as he is completely examined by experts from St. Mungos while he is at Azkaban, to begin immediately, and the reports sent directly to the members of the Wizengamot. Otherwise, my vote will be to retain him under the most powerful magical restraints at St. Mungos until he is evaluated. This boy needs help, and we make a serious mistake by simply warehousing him in prison. Am I making myself abundantly clear, Mrs. Weasley?"
