Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

"Quite obviously Shacklebolt the school is out of your grip. In fact I think you are losing it, old age perhaps, but this is another matter. The point is, that Hogwarts is in enough danger without Ne'os and you have showed how badly you handle it," Vincent said with another sneer. "Azkaban is a very secure place, and without the death eaters, its not even as bad as you would think it to be. Therefore, it is the perfect place to keep Ne'os, as he is a threat to the wizarding world." He then waited for Mrs. Granger.

It was clear they were getting rather off track, the members of the Wizengamot and the minister were now arguing with each other, instead of asking questions. She adressed the two motions. "Minister," she said. She was going to be stern, but she couldn't expel him from the court because as Vincent said, she didn't have the authority. "I will ask you to please restrain from participating in this trial if you cannot question Mr.Emof in a non-biased way. I know that many wizards consider the vampire race as a violent one, but I do not, that is stereotypical. As for your motion to remove Shacklebolt and Lupin, I fail to see anything racist in their judgement of Ne'os Emof. Now, if we can proceed," Hermione said, a little annoyed by how things were going. "Mr.Emof, I will ask you questions from the information I have gathered, and you will answer them honestly. If I believe you are lying, we will be forced to use veritserum, or truth serum, upon you, so I suggest you tell the truth," she said, looking down at him. "First and foremost, did you commit, or were connected in any way to the murder of the German Minister of Magic?"

"I had nothing to do with his murder in fact the only thing that connects me is two old daggers i ask you to use veritaserum on me you will know i did not have a hand in it" he said truthfully looking up at Hermione.

Hermione was surprised with his confidence, evidently, he was telling the truth. "Perhaps I may be wrong, but I don't think you did. We will search for more information about the incident, but until further evidence, we cannot punish you for these crimes," Hermione said. She crossed out the first accusation. "Next, did you commit the murder of 2 of your classmates at Hogwarts? Whats you reason for doing this? Do you believe it to be a good reason? Do you feel guilty for doing this act?" Hermione asked, watching his expression closely.

Shacklebolt was glad that Hermione was getting things back on track, and was giving Ne'os a more fair trial. She should have been more harsh on Dae, in his opinion, but then, that could cost her her job.

"Yes....you see as i was a death eater vampire they make sure you don't have blood for about two or so days as a vampire we naturally cant survive 3 without it...i lost control i was so thirsty..and there they were they were doing nothing wrogn just two lovers trying to survive a battle....i killed them both i separated Antonius i killed him and then his girl ran in....i killed her....I could not drink from them...i saw there ghosts for a brief period..they are now together forever what ever is beyond this world..My guilt is indescribable i tried to kill my self after that.. of course how dumb that would be i would just come back to life but then i supose i would deserve to be denyed death for such a atrocity" he said a tear falling from his face he stood up and walked around the chair "that was nothing compared to when i killed Allana she tried to take my position...of course she suspected me betraying them i had to keep my act until i could get to Voldemort. her spirit stayed with me for some time before she moved on....im sorry Ma'am these memorys of what i had to do in my past are difficult to relive" he sad sitting down again his head in his hands.

hermonie was blind to the fact that their racist treatment was not in the traditional since of discriminating against them rather they were excusing his actions based on his condition. "To bad getting a conscience after the fact doesn't change the fact that you killed them in cold blood." Dae said coldly it was the truth. Miss Granger had excused Ne'os of the German minster's death but that would not stay so. Thinking about it the eveidance was little fishy, but the German Ministry believed that Ne'os did it and that was all that matter. "Miss Granger under Prime order i charge him with the crime of killing the German Minster I will allow you to come up with his punishment, but i can not allow you to excuse this crime. Weather he did it or not they believed he did and one boy will not place us in jeopardy I am sorry."

Vincent looked down at Ne'os with disgust as he cried, what an actor. He knew that the fool didn't have any regrets for killing the students. (well he thought). |Mrs.Granger, it does not matter whether he regrets the killings or not. A murder of a fellow student must lead to an expulsion from Hogwarts by Hogwarts law," Vincent stated, knowing the laws well. "And my ministry law, a murder of another wizard leads to at least 1 year in prison as well as medical attention if the victim appears to be unstable. As I said before, as Mr.Emof is very unstable, we cannot give him medical help in St.Mungos and he must therefore be sent to Azkaban." Vincent finished his statement and then started coughing. Once finished, he continued. "Of course, the murders aren't the only thing we need to adress. We need to get to the part of the horcrux am I correct?" he said, looking at Mrs.Granger. "Apparently, Emof commited a 7th murder, as you cannot create a horcrux without killing someone."

Ne'Os Emof's trial - Page 5 Empty Re: Ne'Os Emof's trial

(posting for Hermione)

Hermione looked sympathetically down at Ne'os as he explained. "Clearly," she said, speaking to the other members of the wizengamot. "Mr.Emof has regrets of what he had done. This shows, that he does not have murderous intentions." She frowned at Dae and Vincent, both of them had a good point. Politically, Germany would want to make sure that the British Ministry of Magic would act on the proof they had supplied. And clearly, Ne'os needed medical attention about being able to control himself. "Mr.Emof, as the ministry does not allow wizards to have horcruxes, regardless of the outcome of this trial your horcrux will be destroyed. understood? And also... I think that you do require medical attention, at least to learn to control your vampire needs. This is to help you as well as others."

Since there wasn't much more to talk about, Hermione thought they could start the vote. As soon as Ne'os replied of course.
