As for the death of the students, I have already discussed this with Ne'os and the deaths were accidents. Regrettable yes, and I think Ne'os needs to learn to control his vampire instincts, but other than that, I believe we should excuse him for that," Kingsley said firmly. "Recently the Ministry has not been able to track people as well as before, so to prove that you did not kill the German Minister, you must bring a witness who will tell us where you were that particular day. Is there such a witness?" Shacklebolt asked, it seemed good enough.

"Shacklebolt people don't get off with just having people talk to them that is ridiculous, and surely you can support our dissicion to destroy the wand. I even offered for him to do the honors of destroying it. Even the goodest of wizards could not stop the wand from doing harm, and I am sure that If dumbeldor had the hind sight we do now then he would have destroyed it. We can do something great and get rid of a wand that has a nick name like the Death Stick. Also Mrs. Granger i forgot to bring up the 3 more deaths of people at St. Mungo's killed by Ne'os's blood lust. I wounder at what time we stop making excuses for his inability to control himself. Shcaklebolt I am sure that there other Vampires at you school how many times have they lost control. I am sure that Sam is his accomplice as she is just as violent as he is when it comes to people that despise their kind, and a sad truth is the German Minster did despise them. We can decide nothing while we race in circles about the racial and cultural rights of vampires, which was already decided long ago by our predecessors. "
