O.W.L prep Class 1

Moldy Goldy suspended himself idly in the air, revolving slowly as he waited for his students to arrive in class. He couldn't actually pick up a chalk to write on the board, which he found very frustrating in terms of preparation before the lesson.

He preferred the more advanced topics, but teachers the young ones had the fruits of it labors as well. For lesson one, he decided on a simple practical magic spell to enlarge and shrink objects, quite useful for getting a better look at things, or making them more portable.

He fixed his eyes on the door, awaiting the young student who would first walk through the door. For their punctuality, he decided, he would award their house 10 points.

"Hello?" James asked as he entered the room. On time? Yes. First one? Yes. All was well and dandy for the boy who felt he didn't belong. He stepped into the class room and waved to the ghost. He'd gotten used to ghosts- they weren't as haunting as nightmares, but could be rather entertaining. "Is this the OWL class for Charms?"

Elv walked to the charm's class. She felt nervous since she wasn't really good at charms. Elv walked into the classroom right after a revenclaw boy. "Is it here, the OWL preparation class??" she asked. "Oh... and hi to you..." she greeted and smiled.

Karrit looked at the two students and smiled. "You're early! An admirable quality in students. I think, 10 points to Ravenclaw and Gryffindor should start the year off in a good direction, don't you?" he said as he motioned the two students toward their seats.

Elv smiled to the professor and followed him to her seat. "Thank you, Professor. It's gonna be a great great day, since i've been awarded 10 points in the first place this morning." she said happily.

"Well, thank you professor..." James was surprised by the sudden rush of points. From what he had surmised from his schedule, the class was supposed to start...
James realized that he hadn't set his watch correctly. It was based in Muggle time- two hands, twelve numbers. Wizard watches were far too annoying to be of any use.
He was surprised to see Elvalyrn Weasley enter the room- he'd met her once in Diagon Alley. He didn't know that third years could take OWL level classes. He took out his wand, and his charms book, already marked up from the night before. Little yellow sheets stuck out the edges of the tome.

Elv smiled to James. She sat on her seat and prepared her wand and book. "Excuse me, professor... Can I ask, why you made it only two classes?? Aren't we, below fifth years are suppose to be in basic class?" she asked excitedly want to know why this class is different with the other.

Micheal strutted into Charms class with a big grin on his face and his uniform on for the most part. His tie wasn't tight and his white shirt wasn't tucked or anything. He looked at the other students here. " Hey everyone. Good morning Professor Gold." he said plopping down in a seat.

Hafiz entered the class. He did not know what is this class as he did not notice any writings from the chalkboard. But no matter he just walked to the professor and greet him "Good Morning Professor". He take his seat behind and take out his quill and text book.

Jacob entered the class and wandered if he was in the wrong one as he saw Elv. "Aren't you meant to be in a basic class?" Jacob asked Elv. He took a seat and waited for answers.
