O.W.L prep Class 2

Moldy Goldy made a grand entrance into the class through the chalkboard--only to realize a moment later that he was half an hour early to the class. Shrugging uncaring, he dozed off, having half dreams about students who could actually pull of an appropriate engorgement charm.

"Good morning Prof. Gold," James said animatedly, his wand already spinning between his fingers. It was a new trick he'd working on- he'd mastered the art of spinning a wand between his fingers, but he couldn't do it while walking. "What will we be studying today?"

Was... was Mouldy sleeping? Could ghosts sleep? Wouldn't they stare right out through their eyelids? Selwyn's brain felt like it was going to implode if he kept up that train of thought, so he settled for a very obvious repression of a laugh at Jimmy's little baton twirling demonstration instead.

"You trying out for the Ravenclaw cheer squad, Wake?" he asked. "Merlin knows they need all the support they can get."

Angelina made her way down the corridor, humming to herself as she looked for the charms room. Spotting it, she banged open the door and said quite loudly 'Good morning profe- oh!' She stopped in her tracks, and her eyes went wide with surprise. Mouldy Goldy was sleeping. She had never seen a ghost sleep before but did not want to disturb him anyway. Instead, she turned to the two boys who were there already and greeted them 'Hello! I'm Angelina! I don't think we've met before. I'm new, you see. That's why I missed the first lesson.' She stopped and tried to suppress the smirk that was playing around her lips at the sight of one of them spinning his wand. It did look quite funny. But then again, she couldn't spin her wand at all so she shouldn't be laughing. Instead, she put on her best smile and waited for them to reply.

Karrit welcomed the first three students with a smile. "Ten points to Ravenclaw! My my... this certainly is a small class today, isn't it? How many fifth years do we have?" he was saying, not really paying attention to what he was saying as he went along. "Anyway, have any of you done your homework?" he asked. He gestured toward the row of apples sitting on the counter space in the corner of the room. "If one of you would be so kind as to retrieve that for me?" he said/asked at the same time. He hated not having tangible flesh... it complicated things so...

Hafiz entered the class with a smile to the professor, "Hello professor. How are you?", as he take a seat and waving to the other students..

Varod ran in and showed the note explaining the kidnapping to the teacher.
"Sorry, I had a little....issue earlier in the year, please don't tell any of...these," he muttered, gesturing to the other students.
