Felix devoured his food in record time, having crammed most of it down his throat with so much speed he thought he was going to be sick. She offered him her fries, and he reached over, swapping their plates, and eating her fries a bit more slowly, his face had a look of intense concentration on it, as he stared at the plate, dipping the fries into ketchup and then into his mouth, chewing a bit more slowly as his stomach started to tell him he was full.
She offered a place for him to stay that night, and for a moment Felix's head filled with the thought of a soft bed, a warm house, no rain, or bad company, a safe place to rest in.. he hadn't felt that comfortable since leaving his cave. And after being visited there, he hadn't felt safe again. He contemplated the offer for a moment, before realizing it did him no good to reject it. It only made him seem more stubborn and put another harsh night on his shoulders.
"I'd like that.." He said, shoving a few more fries into his mouth and swallowing another large gulp of soda. "No use turning down a free place to sleep... I'll be out of your hair in the morning though, can't stay in one place for too long, will put suspicion on you, and make it easier for people to find me.." he said lightly as he finished off his drink and looked at her. "As long as I'm not in your way.."
