Felix felt his energy drain from his body as she moved to him and touched his arm, an electric zap flying through his nervous system. He closed his eyes, and felt his body tense up again, her touch sending his emotions haywire. Every time they had touched, it was because he had touched her, he had grabbed her, he had pulled her closer to him, he had kept her there. And now... she was free to move away from him, and instead, she moved closer to him. Closer, where no one had been before. People ran from him, people didn't like him. He was feared, thrown into a deadly light by the Daily Prophet, he was a madman, a murderer, a man of torture, of the night, a man who didn't deserve sympathy, he only deserved death.
But this girl... he opened his eyes and looked down at her, staring into her eyes. This girl, who probably couldn't hurt a fly. This girl who was so beautiful it made his knees shake underneath him and threatened to make him collapse. She had come near him, she had walked towards him when no one else would, unless they were coming to attack. But she couldn't attack, she was.. sympathizing for him. Did she care? He couldn't tell, but he was suddenly aware that he had no shirt on.
Felix looked down at her, and realized he was staring at her lips. How long had it been since he had kissed someone. Someone who had the desire to kiss him back. Sure he had kissed Sophia, roughly, and she had struggled through it, but if he were to kiss Naomi right now, what would she say? Would she hate him, try to run... or would she kiss him back? Felix felt an odd song pop into his head, a muggle song he had learned as a child. Kiss the girl... lalalalalala my oh my, look like the boy to shy, ain't gonna kiss the girl. Felix stared at her for a moment longer, and then reached up, touching her face gently with his fingertips. "You're crazy." he whispered, and turned away from her, walking upstairs.
