Raising a Pharaoh (open to all)

Nerissa’s entire body stung severely, as if it had been lit on fire and had only just been put out for a few moments for her to defend her dear uncle, Calvin. She hadn’t been expecting to see him any time soon, and therefore, was at a loss for words for a moment’s time. She pushed off of the wall so that she could stand by herself and walked towards Ne’Os, only turning to look Calvin in the eye once she was sure she would be able to grab Ne’Os’ gun if he tried to fire at her uncle. “Get out, Calvin. Bring the Aurors with you. Don’t come back,” she told him slowly. She would be able to explain herself to him later, at the moment, the only thing that mattered was keeping him from getting a pullet put in his head, and ridding the pyramid of the Aurors that never should have arrived in the first place.

Calvin looked at Nerissa with the same fear he had shown in his eyes when looking into the barrel of Ne’Os’ gun only moments before, and nodded, “Don’t hurt her, please, don’t hurt her,” he begged one time before running out the door at an incredible speed; he was quite a good runner when he was afraid.

“Retreat! There is no hope of victory, retreat!” Calvin lied, doing as Nerissa had told him. He hadn’t a clue why she was assisting such a dangerous man, but if it would keep her safe and get him the hell away from all the chaos, he knew it was the ‘right’ thing to do.

Andrew watched as Calvin ran away after seemingly to talk to Nerissa. Were the two related? If so, then they things would be awkward they next time they met. He held his gun towards Ne'os and then looked at Nerissa. She looked hurt. Every fiber of his being regretted his next move. Andrew put the gun down. "Get her help," he said looking down at the ground knowing that Ne'os could at least get her medical attention. There was no use fighting now. "Don't torture her though. She doesn't deserve it. She did nothing wrong to you. Just get her out of here and help her."

Ne's gave a signal to the helicopters to deploy more hunters. As 34 more hunters entered the plaza from the helicopters Ne'Os gave them instructions to spread out. A medical team decended from the next helicopter to look at Nerissa "Come with u s the engineer unit set up a small medicle unit not to far from here" said the leader as the others walked off to it.

Daniel felt as if he should do something, so he took out his wand and moved to the face off between Ne'Os and Andrew. The wand felt heavy in his hand as he whispered Incendio. A flame shot from his wand. He hoped it would hit the evil vampire, to temporarily distract him or something. He moved slightly in the shadows so that they couldn't trace the trajectory.

Andrew looked up and saw the Black Hawk take Nerissa. He pulled off his mask, revealing his bleeding face and then turned around and walked away. Live to fight another day. He had managed to at least get close to Ne'os and find out where he would be hiding. That was a least a head start for everything. He threw the balaclava to the ground and left it there as he marched out of the pyramid and apperated away, somewhere far away.

Ne'Os sighed he received a radio transmission the tomb had been found. Ne'Os raced to meet the team that found it. "good work has the sarcophagus been unsealed yet?" he asked one of the hunters. "No sir we were waiting for you." Ne'Os entered the room and examined the sarcophagus with his vampire strength he easily unsealed it and through the lid off. Inside sat the vampire pharaoh that ruled this small pyramid. He stepped back and let his right arm turn silver. The staff of death appeared in his hand he raised it and then lowered it gently. The pharaoh twitched and came back to life as a inferi. "I serve you master" it said. Ne'Os smiled his fangs showing "Good, good you and I shall be very close for the next few months i can tell...I'm a people person....."



Outside the temple another sandstorm blew up as if by magic....

The young female nodded slowly and leaned up against the man who was taking her to the medical unit, it hurting her to walk. She glanced backwards at Ne’Os for a moment, thanking him with her eyes, her head tilted to the side slightly as the other man took her forwards and out of the room. She then glanced at Andrew for a moment, a dull aching beneath her ribcage when she looked him in the eyes. She had hurt him when she had left with Ne’Os back in Knockturn Alley. She knew that, and she missed him- Nerissa hoped that these words were said through her dull eyes, but she wasn’t sure.

The leader of the medical team took Nerissa out of the pyramid and into the hot sun once more, “Stings, lots and lots of stings- what insect did this to you?” He asked her, helping her sit down on a chair they had provided her with. The sun, Andrew, Ne’Os, Calvin- her mind was buzzing with thoughts so loud that she didn’t hear the paramedic ask her anything at all. “Come on- stay with me, doll. Give me a description of the bugs,” He said, shaking her gently by the shoulders in order to get her attention. “Ants. Harvester Ants. Red,” Nerissa replied, squirming when he slid a long needle into her arm and injected her with medication to kill the pain.

Daniel exited the pyramid quickly. He was on standby, just in case he was needed to do anything at all. He didn't want to get crushed or anything, so he apparated far away from it. He'd seem like a coward, yes, but he preferred that to death. He also knew that backup was there or on the way.
