When a vampire raids the world burns

The night shift had just begun and the workers had just finished leaving the atrium when the telephone booth decended. one of the few ministry workers left in the atrium looked at the telephone booth. He noticed it was filled with black smoke. as the booth hit the floor and opened the smoke flowed out covering the imediate area in smoke. A figure is long black robes stepped out of the smoke. The figure held the elder wand in hand. he muttered "sanorus" and then said with his voice booming throughtout the atrium "I feel the ministry is not taking me seriously its now time to suffer my wrath" he said aiming the wand at the fountain with a flick the statue transformed into a Vampire feasting on the witches neck while the wizard laied lifeless on the ground next to her. Smiling at his work he waited for his target to arrive.

Gabrielle was working untill late as usual having alot to catch up on these days.Between being minister's replacement and Head of Auror's at same time didn't leave her time for boring papirology. Something started making unbelieavable noise through the atrium so the first instict she had was to grab her wand and go see what was going on. She looked around the corner still not making herself visible when she saw Emof in person standing there. Her eyes widely opened as she started sending emergency notes to aurors. "EMOF!!" she called out his name with a cold voice stepping out of the shadow with her wand raised. Distracting him was the best she could do right now.

"Do you like my artwork" he said gensturing at the new statue of the Vampire and the witch and wizard "Not my best work but it came from the soul" he said giving her a evill smile his fangs showing "how long until your friends arrive" he asked watching the notes fly off he raised the elder wand and politly bowed to Gabrielle "I trust you can duel?" he asked.

Gabrielle didn;t change her expression even for a little bit. "Sorry if i wanted to see some monkey work i would find a job in the zoo." she replied using her calm cold tone as she stood there without moving a muscle yet. "I told them not to hurry too much." she said quickly pointing her wand towards Ne'Os "Bombarda Maksima. Incarcerous" she called out without pronauncing a single word though it was obvious she was going to throw somehting at him.

Ne'Os smiled at her again at her zoo comment at the first second he saw her raise her wand he moved not far only a few inches to the side so she wouldnt notice his movement but it was just enough for the first spell to fly passed his face the ropes followed him he flicked his wand thinking protego. the ropes tried to bind themselves around him only to meet a golden shield and fall to the ground where they faded away, "oh do please try again" he said flicking the elder wand with a practiced flourish sending a stunning spell at her. He knew he could just start out throwing unforgivibles but he wanted to play with his food before he ate it.

Gabrielle just looked darkly at Ne'Os like he killed her mother even though that never happened since she was alive. Spells missed the target as they were supposed to either with protection or with stepping aside. "Don't mind if i do!" she said pointing her wand at the air "Aquamenti!!" she called out starting to circle around with her wand untill she made a giant water ball which was sent directly towards the target.

Matt heard some ruckus from the Atrium as he was locking his office. He quickly locked it and apparated to the Atrium. He looked around and saw the fountain was transformed, he looked around again and saw Ne'os. Immediatley Matt's eyes flashed a firey red. "Emof!" he said in a demonic voice. He pulled out his wand and looked at him, "Gabrielle stand back! Keep the Aurors in check...let me deal with him!" he shouted to Gabrielle. "Expelliarmus!" he screamed at Ne'os. He wanted to disarm him first, then he'd kill him the old fashioned way.

Gabrielle raised an eyebrow as Minister popped out of nowhere. That was not good because he had personal issues with him. Mixing personal and professional could be deadly. "Sorry Minister just doing my job." she said still levitating her giant water ball at Ne'Os's direction slowly but confidently. "Where did you come from anyway.." she asked not too loud and not too silent not remembering seing him today at all.

Ne'Os flicked his wand the simple disarming spell flew harmlessley at the wall. He yawned bordly at the ball of water he waited until it was just close enough and yawning again said "feindfyre" the unforgivible fire rushed at the globe of water wrapping around it and then imploding on it self taking the globe of fire with it leaving behind a cloud of steam. "Well that was fun but while you two are plesently chatting about the weather shall i remind Matt about how i almost killed his daughter and placed her into a coma?" he sugested raising the Elder wand ready for what ever retaliation that statement would bring.

OoC:For one, you aren't above NEWT so no feindfyre, so I'm going to ignore it and the ball of water.

"You won't have a job unless you stand down!" he said angrily looking at her. He turned to Ne'os, "Well isn't this a happy reunion!!" He said giving a false smile. "Cruor Atrum" he said. Now only him and Ne'os (plus those with the dark mark) could enter the area surrounding him, Ne'os, and Gabrielle. "No need to remind me Emof! She's healthy and happy, and almost has her full memory back!" he said cheerfully. "Now, let's see here..." he said racking his brain for a good curse. He raised his wand once more and said, "Avis!" he yelled. A flock of birds appeared out of his wand, He made them larger with a wave of his wand and yelled, "Oggopungo!" The birds flew at Ne'os with great speed.
