Cockney Accents and Motherly Advice

Jack aperated in to dyagon alley he headed straight for Khaats house jessica had asked him to she had a feeling somthing wasn't right about Khaat and so there he was walking towards her house. reatching the door he knocked taking step back to wait to see who opened it and let him in he hoipe to se Khaat well adn alright so he could return to jessica who her self was feeling a bit unwell butshe ahd worried so much he had decided to quel her fears he had aperated into the alley.

standing out side he looked up at teh sky he got a sense that it would rain soon and he sighed "ok don't rain yet ,let me get inside first " he said softly as she stood waiting.

Rob sighed and gently slid out of the bed. He made sure Khaat was comfortable and he tucked the blanket tighter around her. Rob then stuck his hand in his pocket and produced two sickles. He took his wand out of his pocket and quickly transfigured them into matching silver bracelets. He clasped one around Khaat’s wrist and the other around his own before engraving a few protection and warning spells, in runes, onto the silver of both bracelets. His would warn him if Khaat was in any imminent danger.

Rob left the room and walked downstairs. He reached the door and opened it up to find Jack Black Heart at the door. He hadn’t seen the man since the wedding. Rob bit his lip and managed to smile weakly. “Alright, Jack?” he asked. “Do you want to come in?”

jack looked at Rob and sighed "if its ok , jessica sent me down" he said looking at the bedragled man in front of him curiose to know how Khaat is "she's worried about Kaat she ahd a feling something was wrong" he looked up to the sky "also it looks like rain too, you don't lok to good , whats happened ?" he asked stepping inside the house as he watched the young man in front of him. as he entered he got a sense of something desperatly wrong and it was betwen Khaat and rob , standing he follded his arms across his chest waiting to see what would unfold in front of him.

Robert felt a cold breeze from where he was sitting inside the nursery. He leapt to his feet and took his wand. He was hearing breezes howling from Khaat's room. He ran in to see a boggart--clearly--hovering up against the ceiling. A figure of Remus, dying, screaming at a deafening shriek in utter agony as he suffered. A side effect of the antidote working on the potion. Her magic was going completely wonky. He hated this part of the withdrawal. He hadn't counted on it this soon. Khaat's manifestations of her fears and her negative emotions. Conjuring boggarts at the moment, but he knew there was more to come.

He leapt up on the bed standing over Khaat, pointing his wand at the boggart. It became khaat--khaat dying some horrible bleeding death. He laughed and it changed to khaat slapping rob in the face with a cream pie. It was the best he could think of at the moment. He shouted "Riddikulous!" and fired a loud crack of explosive energy. The boggart faded.

This was just the beginning he knew, looking at Khaat who was still captive under his strong sleep spell.

Jack feeling a chill dove for wehere he felt it was from he stood his wand out beside Robert "what in hades is going on?"he asked glancing from Rob to robert "jessica felt something wasn't right and sent me to find out " he said looking to Robert for his awnser "and what is that" he pointed to the boggart in front of him he wasn't sure what he was suposed to do at this point , he saw Khaat asleep in the bed as this scene unfolded in front of him.

There was that familiar chill, the one that reminded Rob why he was clean and otherwise potion free. He didn’t like the hype of them and it was actually worse than drugs because you actually had to try and give it up. Muggles were quite happy with their mundane lives and would always seek help to cure their addictions because people were paid to help them. Potions weren’t something you could get off with aid. Sure you’d need help but the doctors carried the Muggle crack-heads every step of the way. Potion addictions… you were pretty much on your own.

Rob didn’t want to go upstairs at all. He hated the withdrawal period. He had to deal with it, Jen had to deal with it and they pretty much ran for the nearest pub during the time their mother decided to go a bit stir crazy and get hyped up on potions that would eventually kill her. He’d been in the room during the time one of the Boggart’s appeared. Shockingly, his worst fear was his mother’s death but he’d just scoffed walked out, deeming it utter rubbish.

Somehow, he dragged himself upstairs though. Rob walked through the door and bit his lip. Boggarts; just bloody brilliant. Rob walked over to the bed and sat down. He gently began to take locks of hair out of the way of Khaat’s face and tucked them behind her ear. He needed her to be calm and he wanted to reassure her that everything was going to be alright. It would eventually but he was running out of patience.

"You knew this was coming, too," Robert sighed, seeing Rob instantly back at Khaat's side. "I am so sorry to drag you through this with her. You know, it does get better. I just didn't expect it this soon. The sleep spell should have headed this off awhile longer. Looks like we're going to be in for it for awhile though now. " Even as he spoke, he heard ocean waves breaking loose in the kitchen. "Oh, nice. Now your kitchen is going to have the Atlantic rushing through it. Jack--Khaat's magic is all wonky. Can you get rid of the rushing water in the kitchen and then we can maybe talk for a second.?"

Jack looked at Robrt and noded "sure" he left the two men and headed down to the kitchen, where on opening the door he saw water crashing agsint the door frame , thinking fast he waved his hand and the water diseapeared retuning the kitchen back to its normal ushusal self he walked in and checked everything was in place. With a sigh he switched on teh kettle as he waited for Robert to come talk to him knowing the best thing for him was to wait till he was ready to tell him rather that him pushing the issue. He knew somthing was not right he had felt thet as soon as he walked threw the door and he knew it was directed at Rob but why and what ahd happened he had no clue , why was Khaat so out of it.

The Atlantic Ocean flooding the kitchen didn’t seem as bad as the last time he had to deal with that type of potion withdrawal. His mother had collapsed the roof when she was dealing with it and the whole second floor exploded and fell down through onto the first floor which in turn collapsed and hit the ground floor. If he remembered correctly he’d broken a few bones during the collapse of those floors. A few cousins had to be hospitalized for a while but other than that the crazy woman had managed to survive through the destruction of the house.

“There is no place I’d rather be.” Rob said quietly, keeping his eyes on Khaat. “Despite this emotional rollercoaster there is no one else in the world, except for maybe Jen, which I’d do it for. No one deserves this.”

Robert walked into the repaired kitchen and saw Jack. "Thank you. Khaat's going through a rough time. She's going to be fine, but she didn't handle the fight w/ Rob well. They're mending that. That's the good news. The bad news is that she got herself addicted to some downright awful potion that she bought in Knockturn Alley that is mostly poison. She'll be fine, but it has her magic all buggered up until she finishes getting the poison out of her system. I have her under a sleep spell, but these are, I guess, representations of either her fears or her dreams that are showing up as bursts of magic. Rob is upstairs with her, trying to soothe her. I'm glad for your help. Thank you." Robert said. "I'm going to be here until Khaat is out of danger, unless I'm needed back at the farm."
