Chase spun around. "Something's outside."She said pointing. Dragon was barking loudly, she had him in her arms and he was barking at the entrance to the balcony. The door was closed so she had no idea what was on the other side.

ne'os drew his wand and waved it so the door opened "lumos" he said bathing the room in a green light "show yourself" he said.

Chase jumped when he opened the door and...nothing happened. She sat in shocked silence. Dragon was still barkly madly, and he was struggling. She put him in his cage and he barked, not at the balcony door anymore, but at the bathroom door.

ne'os waved his wand sligthly his patronuses entered the room one walked into the bathroom door making the door explode open ne'os aimed his wand at the bathroom "show yourself" he said again.

Chase backed against the wall and suddenly Dragon was quiet. He curled up in her arms and fell asleep. "What is up with you Dragon!?"She said grumpily and put him back in his dog house. "Is there anything there?"She asked looking around turning her back on Ne'os.

"no i dont think there is" said ne'os not telling her he was slightly disturbed by his patronus dissapearing "the rest of the patronuses will patrol the ground and the house i will be in the living room."

Chase shivered slightly and nodded when he said he'd be in the living room. 'Ok..have fun."She said waiting for him to leave. When he was gone she changed in the bathroom so she'd be more comfortable. Changing into boxers and a baggy t-shirt she got into bed and hugged a stuffed animal to her. She clapped once and the lights went out. Sighing she curled up.

ne'os sta on the couch and watched the fire again listening to the house settle.

When the sun came up the next morning Chase came downstairs sleepily. She walked into the front room holding Dragon under one arm, still in her boxers and baggy shirt. Seeing Ne'os she yelled out. "What are you doing here?!"She growled pulling her shirt down.

"i was waiting for you to wake up so i can leave" he said "if anything was going to attack you it would have done so last night" he finished.
