Thinking it Over (Allana)

Sterling didn't want to answer her question. He knew what the answer was... but she knew what the answer was too. What was the point. "And what's wrong with that?" he asked. "Love is the most powerful magic that exists!" he said.

"And if you hurt Cat... I, I'll..." he remembered his promise to Cat never to use Dark Magic again. "Just... please don't!" he said, a little frantic.

"Not when you let love control you're life and you are a sick love puppy after you're first girlfriend, so you're second girlfriend doesn't like you that way, and either does the first one because she got a new boyfriend!"She said laughing. "You're tale is tragic! Enough to make one cry I suppose, but I wonder, why not turn this, depression into something much easier to control? Power!"She said and grabbed his jacket pushing him against the wall. "Why do you let the love of you're life get away? Steal her back!"She said staring straight into his eyes.

Sterling stared at her. Was it possible? Could he steal her back? He wanted almost nothing more... "I can't" he said. "She's... she's happy" he said, but even as he said it, he suddenly wanted nothing more than to do so.

"you lyer!"She said and hit him in the stomach. "get some guts and tell her you love her, make her come back to you! Don't let you're feelings for this Catalina girl or her feelings for her new boyfriend get in you're way! Get the guts to take her back!"She said glaring at him. "You make me sick, if I loved a guy and I was in you're situation, I wouldn't mope around hoping he'll love me again, I'd steal back his heart!"She said grabbing him by the robes and pushing him against the wall. "You keep telling me everyone has good in them."She said staring at him. "Well let this be you're chance to shine!"She said and pushed on him turning around and stalking away.

Sterling gaped after her. He imagined him and Chase being together again. He took the rock out of his pocket that he always kept with him. He squeezed it gently and caressed it with his thumb. He put it back in his pocket. Was there really a way? Could he get her back? He was sure it was impossible... but the temptation was unbearable. He wanted it so bad.

Allana was chuckling her. "If you want to hear a way to get your lover back, meet me in the Room of Requirement in two nights."She said over her shoulder. "And I'll help you out."She said not bothering to think twice on it. She now knew what she'd be doing two nights from then.

Sterling was reminded suddenly of Thomas. Deceiving his emotions... evil but seemingly trustworthy... but he had to find out what she meant. If she started dabbling in the Dark Arts, Sterling would back out immediately. But he had to try...

Allana glanced over her shoulder and then smiled. "And don't worry, I'll be there, 8 o'clock, room of requirement, two nights from now if you want to get your lover back."She finished and walked off down the hall twirling her wand in her fingers.

Sterling stared... the offer very tempting... he decided then and there. He would be there. He was going to go and see what she had to offer. He also made another resolution... he would bring Catalina and have her wait outside the room to be called upon if needed.
