Seing that Zoe fell Mariana landed down for a moment: "Pay attention.Beater from opponent team won't warn you when he or she intends to send a bludger at you." she said giving Zoe a hand to help her get up.

Zoe sat on the ground. "Yea. I'm ok. Just didn't understand where Mari was going with the instructions that was all. Otherwise I wouldn't have been caught off guard." She stood, brushing off the dirt. She couldn't help but get a little defensive.

Zoe mounted her broom again. Zooming up. She prepared herself for Mari's attack again.

Mariana climbed back on her broomstick and flew into the air again.She grabbed Zoe;s beater bat and chased a bludger.Finally she gained on it and hit it towards Zoe hoping she wasn't too harsh on her.

Zoe watched Mari very closely this time. Seeing her hit the bludger toward Zoe this time. Zoe was able to prepare herself. She jumped clear of the bludger. In jumping she cleared her broom. It was always full to fall. The wind blowing by her. Zoe pulled out her wand, "Accio Firebolt." Her broom came zooming toward her. Zoe grabbed it with her left arm and swung herself on. "Was that better?" She asked with a smile.

"No no Zoe,That bludger is supposed to hit you.No opponent team beater is going to warn you that he or she is about to hit you.It's more like surprise move so they don't beat you." Mariana said as she was watching carefully what was Zoe doing.

Zoe stopped and looked back at Mari. "I really thought the point was not to be hit by them. I know they won't warn us. I am more aware of that little fact than most. But isn't it part of our jobs to keep an eye out for them." Zoe was just having a really hard time with the idea of letting one of them hit her. She spent so much time avoiding them.
