The Battle No One Planned

Jude's eyes were drawn by the movement of a young blonde girl, a new Auror recruit if he wasn't mistaken. His lip curled and he drew his wand steadily onto her form, taking aim and saying with class, "Crucio." She zoomed forward on the broom, however, at that exact moment and the spell whizzed right by her, allowing one of their Death Eaters to be taken. Jude cursed - that could be bad news for him. He had to take out some of these witnesses and get things reconfigured.

He wouldn't have to do it alone, however, it seemed. He raised an arm in solidarity as Alexis entered, ready to fight.

Hallie leaned forwards ignoring her surroundings and her eyes purely on Charlotte: death eater and attempted murderer. There wasnt a chance that woman was walking free whether she was a pro quidditch player or not.

Hallie felt a spell gush past her but she didnt stop to think or look to see who had cast it, which was probably a good thing because otherwise she would have noticed the arrival of Alexis D'Eath the woman whom she had duelled in the very shack three months ago.

If Hallie had noticed Alexis, emotions full of hatred, passionate dislike and justice would most likely have caused her to go after Alexis, one of her main goals as a new auror...

At last Hallie reached Charlotte, who was flat out cold from having hot her head as she fell. Luckily that made it easier for her. Swiftly plucking the death eaters wand from the floor boards, pocketing it and grasping hold of Miss Topez she concentrated upon the three D's.

Destination: The Ministry of Magic Guest Entrance
Determination: She wanted nothing more to get there and have this woman trialed and prosecuted.
Deliberation: with a crack the pair had vanished.

"I didn't come here for a lecture." she hissed at Jack. "And I don't care what type of reputation Werewolves have. The more people fear us the better." she smirked.

She wasn't going to back down, no matter what Jack said. If she thought she was going to convince her to walk away, she was mistaken. Alexis licked her lips and held her wand tightly in her hand.

"I've had enough of the talking." she muttered. "Stupefy!" she screamed.

Jack let out a sigh as she glared at Alexis, her eyes fixed steadfastly on her. How strenuous for her to care for a cause, a race that did not care to do itself any favors. Jack was exhausted from having all of her good work reversed by the very beings she was seeking to assist. She knew how house elf activists must feel as they tried to secure a stubborn race the rights and privileges they so violently attested to.

Jack threw up a quick shield charm and raised her wand, pointing it at Alexis' legs, as she called out, "Tarantallegra!" in the hopes of felling the werewolf Death Eater.

Walt could see how quickly everyone was starting to surround Jack. Two new figures had entered the room and they all apparently had some bad blood. He couldn't just sit there and watch as things began escalating even further.

Walter looked above the new woman death eater that had just entered the room, he saw that debris in between pieces of broken floorboards. Thinking quickly to himself he casted a spell on the floorboards. "Diffindo" Walt casted. And very quickly the floorboards were cut and debris specifically on her side of the building began to fall. It was quite the load.

Walt stood next to Jack to make sure she wasn't alone, he didn't like that she was beginning to get ganged up on. He stood his ground and awaited the next move from the incoming evil.


Diffindo - Cuts or rips objects. Aimed right above Alexis

Joshua stood up were Hallie was before apparating out.The next thing he noticed was that there was another death eater.He put up his wand and directed a spell at the older guy.Stupefy!The younguer girl was taken care of by a student.The death eaters were outnumbered but the mark was still there so the situation could get reveresd

With Jack's spell heading toward her, Alexis didn't pay attention to the boy that was also there. "Protego!" she said just before the dancing feet spell hit her. She was caught a bit off guard when debris fell on her and she finally noticed the boy that was there.

Her eyes narrowed and she turned her attention to him. Letting out low growl she pointed her wand at him, "Gladius!" she moved her wand in a sword-like motion, aiming for Xem.

Gladius - Slashing curse - green flames erupt from wand and go to target. No visible damage is done but the target is severely hurt. Aimed at Xem.

Joshua jumped in front of Walt to take the hit of the gladius curse.The curse hit him on the arm.His arm felt like if it had been broken but he was unsure.He didn't remember the healing charm he needed and he knew Episkey wouldn't help much but maybe it would give him time or relieve the pain.Anyways he was still able to cast spells since it hit his left arm.He got up and pointed his wand at Alexis.Petrificus Totalus.

@ Josh - the spell doesn't cause a gash, but very intense internal damage at the point of impact. You may want to edit. You also posted twice. XD







Imperius curse - mind control curse at Joshua.
Binding spell at Joshua - meant to bind and stabilize his arm.
Bombarda - to create a large explosion at Alexis' feet, with the potential to break the floorboards and plunge her beneath

Jack helped him with his arm but a second later he was hit by on of the unforgivable curses.The curse,thankfully, was Imperio since he knew how to fight it.It was hard to fight it though."That won't work on me, my friend"He said as he fired the same spell he had used with Alexis(Petrificus Totalus).
