new beginnings and new love.

Cassidy sighed and moved her hands lower " would they be better lower" she said cheekliy to him. When he moved she moved with him and rested her head on his chest " only because you see me that way, I don't feel like an angel , more a bloated cod fish" she said and looked up into his eyes each time she did she felt his love for her and her for him growing just as there child was inside her " do you have gerkins?" she asked having a strange craving for gurkins and ice cream.

"I can make some if you want," Clayton said smiling down at her. "you'll always be my angel," he whispered kissing her on the head, "even when you feel like a bloated cod fish, you'll always be the most beautiful woman in the world." He moved her further away from the stove for a minute as the food that was cooking finished. he then started to make the gherkins she had asked about. as they cooked he took his future wife into his arms. "so what would you like to do after we eat, my soon to be wife?" he asked her

Cassidy looked up at him and sighed " maybe just be with you today , this is the first time we have had a full day together with out one or both of us running off" she said " we could lay on the couch or back in bed " she said feeling her tummy grumble folowed by something she had not felt before and she stepped back . " did you feel that ?" she asked taking his hand she placed it on her tummy as she felt it again " you must have felt that?" she looked at him some where betwen scared and happy "I....I...I think it moved " she looked at him " I think our baby just moved" her voice some what suprised.

"we could," Clayton whispered kissing her. "I believe she did," He whispered. Clayton kissed her on the head, "your going to have to get use to that, babies move a lot," he said a smile on his face. he let go of her again to take the gherkins off the stove and placed everything on the table. "Foods ready," he said helping her to the table. he knew she didn't need it but he felt like it. sitting next to her he put some food on both of their plates.

Cassidy nodded and sighed looking at him " I guess I never realized I was carrying anything till now, it felt like a dream" she smiled and placed her hand on his " you said she?" she asked softly " what makes you think its a girl could be a boy?" she chuckled feeling it move in side her again. " he or she is definaly active" she then moved to sit down at the table to eat her burger and the gurkins. she sighed as she ate feeling better " hey I wasn't sick this morning " she suddenly realized and smiled to him " food wonderful, might be because i haven't eaten anything since yersterday "

Clayton reached across the table to take her hand in his. he chuckled as he watched her. "your wonderful," he whispered smiling at her.he ate his burger as he watched his angel, "and beautiful." He took his plate to clean it off. he did the dishes wondering why he had sad she. "i guess i want a girl more than a boy at times," he whispered as he cleaned then dried each pot and pan that he had used to cook. "though either would be wonderful."

Casidy watched him and smiled as he took her hand in his she held it tight once she ahd finished her food she sighed as he spoke again saying he didn't mind eather and nodded " yeah, as long as its healthy right" she said smiling as she felt the same little flutter inside her tummy again. moving to where he stood at the sink she wraped her arms around him. she rested her head on his back and listened to the sound of his heart beating.

"as long as they are healthy," Clayton whispered drying the the last of the dishes. he dried off his hands and turned to face Cassidy again. he put his arms around her. he picked her up on arm around her knees the other around her waist. he pulled her close to him and walked into the living room. he sat down on the sofa cassidy resting in his lap as he held her close. "Close you eyes," he whispered kissing her on the head, "rest."

Cassidy smiled as he said as long as their child was healthy she chuckled as she was lifted up her arms wrapping around his neck as he carried her to the couch and sat down she sighed and smiled as he sat down resting her against him again. Cassidy looked at him then let her hand rest on his chest as she sighed happily feeling at his words her eyes and body become heavy soon she was sleeping to the sound of his heart beating dreaming of there child playing with clay. Cassidy was happy her hnd still gripped his shirt for security even in her sleep she didn't let him go for fear of losing something she loved as she had lost everything else in her life.

Cassidy finally woke feeling slithly nausius but it passed quickly her hand resting on her tummy as she still lent against Clay. Slowly she looked up at him " you let me sleep " she said softly " thank you I needed it , guess i should get use to it " she moved and kissed him gentlyas she rested her head on his shoulder and moved his hand to her tummy feeling just his touch there settled her.

Clayton smiled as he watched cassidy sleeping. he brushed the hair out of her face as she woke. "Yes, you did need the sleep," he whispered kissing her on the head. he chuckled as he watched her, "yeah you will have to get use to that." He whispered smiling down at her. he rest his head on hers lightly as he held her close to him. "how are you feeling?" he asked her quietly. "do you feel sick or anything?" she brushed more hair from her face as he waited for her reply.
