new beginnings and new love.

Casidy felt like she would cry when he said he would not run she was glad he had his arm around her as her legs almost gave out under her as they moved to the door. She could not stop grinning as he called her mummy " home yeah i need to sit down" she sid all the excitment now suddenly getting to her her head spun a little as they moved .

Back in the aprtment she moved to the couch and lay down her hand still holding his " pregnant , i took the po...." her voice trailed off. " i didn't the last two times ,I was so worked up it slipped my mind " she said groaning and pulling him down to her only to hold him back looking at her tummy pulling up her top sligtly she brushed her hand over it feeling an ever so slight bump , she took his hand and did the same and looked at him smiling to him " do you think it will be a boy or a girl?" she asked as a tear appeared in the corner of her eye as she was so happy.

Clayton sat on the sofa smiling at Cassidy. he leaned down and kissed her "don't worry about how it happened," he whispered he moved so that her head was laying in his lap. he wiped away the tear and caressed her cheek, "i'll be happy either way," he whispered kissing her forehead, "which one would you like the baby to be?" he asked quietly. he let his hand rest on her stomach smiling. he kissed her again loving every thing about her. she was his angle.

Cassidy finally smiled at him placing her hand on top of his on her tummy " ether would be great because its part you Clay " she sid softly and rested against him " I love you clay , and our child " she kissed his cheek " I want to stay like this with you holding me for the rest of the day" she said " just you, me and our child growing happily inside me " she smiled " humm well have to find differant positions won't we for when I get bigger " eh said her eyes sparkeling at him with those thoughts " ow no i'll have to wea frump meternity dresses " she said adn groaned into hsi shoulder.

"we could do what ever you want," Clayton said smiling down at her. we was perfectly content sitting there for the rest of the day with her and their child. "but you will have to eat too," he said quietly holding her close to him. "you will look beautiful in what ever you wear." he said kissing her. he brushed the hair out of her face and smiled down at her lovingly. he wasn't going to do anything that would hurt her or the baby. he would wait for her for as long as needed.

Cassidy sighed and smiled at him " you know its said pregnacy incresses a womans...." she bit her lip and whispered in his ear " sex drive" she held him closer " we still have to wait for the lawyer to call " she said and lent back harder on him relaxing as she felt his hands brush her hair out of her face she took his handds and held them around her " might be a while before you can do that again Clay." she said loving how he felt against her body.

Clayton kissed her. "i don't want to hurt you or the baby," he whispered kissing her neck, "those are my only concerned with it." he whispered as he kissed her shoulder. "your going to be so beautiful when your bigger," he whispered. "come on I'm going to cook something," he said then stood up cassidy in his arms. "do you want to stay on the sofa or do you want to sit in the kitchen?" he asked her smiling down. it would always be what his princess wanted.

Cassidy chuckled as he kissed her then smiled " whre ever you go my redneck lover and father to be" she chuckled feeling kinda on a high from everything that had happened around her " I should go back to work soon but Robert said i could take as much time as I need, and I do need time if to get use to the fact im pregnat than the fact my father was murderd , I wouldn't be suprised to find out he ws killed buy some one he owed money too " she said and sighed taking his hand as she followed him to the kitchen

"Maybe you should send a letter to him," Clayton suggested, "tell him you'll be back as soon as possible but you found out some terrible news about your father and then the good news." he pulled her close to him as he walked. he leaned against the cabinet and pulled her toward him "i love you, my little princess, my angle," he whispered kissing her. Clayton pulled out a chair for her and made her sit down while he started to cook a brunch type meal for her. she hadn't gotten to eat much for breakfast. nothing really.

Cassidy nodded "I could owl him letting him and the rest know im ok " she said and smiled at him " you always know just how to make me feel better Clay " she said watching him cook she could feel her stomach grumble feeling like she ahd not eaten all that morning cince she ahd brought it back in the office earlier. Standing she wraped her arms around his waist resting her head on his back " that smells wonderful " she said softly as she stood holding him tight as she smelt his calonge as she breathed in against him.

Clayton Smiled feeling her arms around him. "watch your arms Hun," he whispered not wanting the them to get burned by popping grease or touching the hot stove top. as he waited for the hamburger to Brown he turned around leaning against the counter and put his arms around his angle. "the food is almost done," he whispered kissing her on the head. he smiled down her his hands resting on the small of her back. "your so beautiful, Cassy," he said quietly.
