Cassidy smiled and moved to lay on him " just stay here with you" she said " I do miss being with you like this Clay" she said and sighed " just hold me, make love to me like you did. " she said and looked at him as she took his hand in hers " I just want to feel that there is more than hate in this world " she said with a deep longing sigh as she ooked into his eyes loving the calm feeling she got threw her body " guess this is how Steven feels when hes home with Delilah " she said softly.

Clay smiled putting his arms around her each hand resting on the side opposite of there the began. "i miss being with you when your away," he whispered and kissed her, "it feels like there is a part of me that is missing." Clayton sat up moving cassidy so she sat in his lap. "you so beautiful," he whispered kissing her, "though you could use a little more meat on your bones. your so skinny." he wasn't really complaining. he had seen skinnier girls in his life time. one or the more exaggerated ones had been delilah when she was younger. he had worried about her like a brother would his sister. "i know it is. its called love and he loves her. if he didn't I'd be the first in line to kick his ass. she is my baby sister, at least at heart." he was his sister from another mother, and father. "i also know how she feels when he is away. i fell the same when you go to work."

Cassidy lent against him and smiled to her self she felt safe with him pulled him close . " then i love you clayton Stevens " she said kissing him deeply and sighing " and im not skinny , I had to eat when and how i could, guess i didn't get enouph " she shifted on him and face him " Clayton , I saw things when i lived on the street and did things to that in not proud of , don't think that way, nobody had me till you, you know that, but , I ...I killed people for money, untill Robert offered me this job i was always going from one meal to the next, guess I thought nobody would want me , let alone ..." she looked at him her eyes almost flooding with her tears " let alone love me like you do " she said moving to hold him tight her face cradled in his neck.

Clayton kissed her neck, "its okay Honey," he whispered wrapping his arms tighter around her. "people change and you have. you don't kill any more. it just scares me to see the people i love as nothing but skin and bones. when Delilah was younger right after the accident, she was so depressed she wouldn't eat, and i imagine it was hard for her to be a single mother and try to feed Dylan so then went with out a lot so her son could have a good child hood and grow up to be healthy. she thinks of others before her self. that's why she and i because friends in the first place. Because of Steven she is changed too." he kissed her again. "every thing is going to be okay," he whispered.

Cassidy looked at him and held him tight against her for the first time she felt he understood her past but he had accepted it and her with it . She buried her face into his neck " ow clay I love you" she said softly to him " and I'll eat what ever you cook for me , I guess if im going to have our child i should eat more " she said and sighed looking up at him her eyes filled with a sparkle she had lost so many years ago. she smiled at him and moved to look him in the eye I'd like a little boy, he'd look like you" she said now smiling from her heart .

Clayton hugged her. "a little boy would be nice, but wouldn't you get lonely being the only girl?" he asked as he kissed her. he had a smile on his face as he looked down at her he loved the sparkle in her eye and they way he could feel her heart beating against him. "though our children would look better if they looked like you." he said jokingly. he knew she'd disagree but she was beautiful and he already felt she was perfect. even her past wouldn't' change that in his mind.

Cassidy shook her head and nuzzled him smiling " nope " she said softly " Clay how long have we been together?" she asked out of the blue loking up at him . she moved to sit on him her legs ether side of his waist as she waited for his awnser " i think its about 3 months now ?" she asked taking his hand and moving it to her waist the other she took hold of it waiting her heart beating hard in her chest.

Clayton smiled and kissed her forehead. "i think three months is about right," he said "to be honest i wasn't keeping track." he smiled at her as she moved to sit on him one leg on either side. he kissed her not caring what she did as long as she didn't leave him for good. she was a free person and his princess all in one. he loved her and his heart was hers. "i love you," he whispered. and started to wonder when she wanted to have their wedding and where. though he wasn't going to ask.

cassidy sighed and nodded " it is 3 months and I haven't been counting ether but its been like a dream " she said " you might have to start counting the months " she said softly to his ear thens she sat back biting her lip as she waited for him to awnser her hoping it that it could just be stress but then again part of her hoped it was what her heart wanted.

"Cassidey are you..." Clayton said looking at her confused, "are you.. are we going to have a... child?" he was searching her eyes for an answer. it was good news if they where. he loosened his grip on her a little making sure not to hurt her even the slightest bit. "are you pregnant," he asked sitting up a little straighter. if she was he wasn't sure how it could be possible. she had used that position and every thing. he started to worry about being a good father. he started to worry about being like his father.
