Ways to Make PA Better?

Well the problem with that is that we don't know who is inactive. Other than cross checking with the memberlist to see who is active and who is not, if you're in a faction it means that you responded to activity checks, because all of the factions do those regularly. Well, the grad ones do, I'm not sure about school ones.

Besides, we want members to jump straight into plot stuff when they get here, so unless the faction leader has a problem with their membership I think it's fine.

like one person I'm worrie about is my friend Sora. He only came to ONE PA meeting, hes a first year, not ONE class, and then if he decides to come back he has to worry about, what I've been though, what Hitames been through, these cool plots coming up, and these classes. I'm pretty sure theres more just like that like Abbey Dawn, so thats why I'm just suggesting you take some out. They already have a lot of stuff to catch up with

Hmmm, this is a good point. I suppose we can do an activity check for each of the school based factions. No worries

By the way, there are 12 school governors who have the power to suspend the headmaster or headmistress by voting. Lucius Malfoy was a school governor until he was fired after using blackmail to make the other governors agree to suspend Dumbledore in the Chamber of Secrets.

Don't you think that should be added to jobs list for graduates only?

I think that while that's a good idea, we're struggling for other jobs as it is, and I'd prefer to see them filled before we start opening more up, even if they are only passive ones, like school governors.

But if there's a massive support base for it, we might bring them about.

Well I hope I be one few people first to know when governor jobs opens.

So I've got an idea for a school wide-plot here.

Since we're already confining all Hogwarts students to Hogwarts this year (at least I assume we are, as last time I checked the vote it was a bit of a landslide) why not take it a step further, at least for a week or two?

Say while someone - a professor, the headmaster, a student - was fiddling around with Hogwarts defences, they accidently triggered an emergency alarm. Voila, suddenly everyone is stuck in a randomly assigned room with a certain number of other students until the thing can be disarmed (I'd say one real-time week) During this week, students can only post in the area to which they are assigned, in a specially desgined mega-thread for that area.

It would give characters who don't normally interact a chance to mingle, new plot opportunities to come up (what if someone has to go to the bathroom? Two characters who hate each other are trapped together?) and general all around mischief to be had.
