Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Christy smiled and blushed a bit her cheeks turning a bright pink. She tried to look up at the sky to take the attention away from her blushing and somewhat embarrassment. "Its sad. I like looking at the meteors. I mean not that I'm not looking forward to our date but I just like looking at the stars. I'm sure I'll love where we are going."

She turned to Daniel, "I wouldn't mind. Hey my friend Jamie took over as captain when I left, so its only fair I give her pointers in being a seeker if she wants them." she laughed a little, "It was the one thing my mother hated about me...The fact I'm so drawn to quidditch. I actually told my parents one time that I wanted to do that forever but I think I've just about grown out of it."

(Thats fine. I was eating anyway XD)

(I'm sick and I'm craving chicken soup)

Emil looked to the sky and back at Christy, then up at the sky again. "It's okay, I'm a bit nervous myself. I haven't dated a girl in a while. A couple months to be exact, so I'm a bit rusty too. I'm sure you'll do fine by me". He grinned at Daniel, "Isn't that right?" not expecting an answer.

He was right not to expect one, as Daniel was a bit nostalgic about Quidditch. "You know, I used to play Quidditch, I was a Keeper for a couple years on the Gryffindor team. Stan didn't play Quidditch, though, he couldn't. He could've afforded the best broom, but he wasn't physically fit to do so. He always rooted for Gryffindor. Always. Even against Hufflepuff, he rooted for Gryffindor. The other Hufflepuffs called him a traitor, even in jest. But, I always cheered him up with a snogging in the Gryffindor common room".

"I just haven't dated in a while." she said looking over at Daniel, listening to everything he had said. She even managed to laugh at him talking about kissing Stan in the common room. "Well I told you, you just have to look back on those things and smile about them instead of getting upset." she said smiling. "Its going to be the only way it'll ever get any better." Since she had been speaking in German a bit, her accent was starting to come back more now. It wasn't thick but it was obvious now that she wasn't even remotely British or even French for that matter.

"I can play all positions, but I think thats almost a requirement for a captain." she said talking about quidditch trying to bring them both into the conversation for a moment. "But I always played seeker best. I guess its just easy for me spotting a gold ball zipping past you at high speeds. That was always easy for me. Though playing as a beater could be fun too I guess."

(And I would so make you some if I was there!)

(You're just too kind Smile Wait...there's no such thing as too kind)

"I love my memories of him, they always make me laugh with glee" Daniel said, sighing happily. "I have more memories of him, like the time I came into the Hufflepuff common room. He was scared that I'd get into trouble. But I reassured him. His German accent was a bit reduced during his third year, though, but came back when he and I..." he trailed off, describing acts sexual in nature.

Emil almost covered Christy's ears, but found Daniel's rambling quite amusing. He began to giggle, forgetting all about going on the date with Christy, and where to go. "So, Daniel, are you coming back to the topic of Quidditch, or are you going to continue talking about your sexual conquests with this...Stanley fellow?"

(I'm sweet as pie Very Happy)

Christy couldn't help but laugh at hearing this. She closed her eyes and swatted her hands around, trying to shake the image out of her head at what he was trying to get at. "Geez Daniel!" she exclaimed, "Do you think you could try not to project thoughts that loudly?" she asked looking at him, her eyes widening realizing what she had just done without thinking about it.

"Nevermind. Don't even ask." she said looking at the two boys. So yeah. Where were we before you started to describe your acts of coitus?" she asked looking at Daniel. She was hoping nothing would be brought up about what she had just did. She didn't mean to go into his mind, it had just happened. Damn me and my big mouth. she thought looking between the two of them.

(There needs to be more people like you. Seriously, why aren't there?)

"We were talking about Quidditch, and what positions to play, weren't we?" Emil reminded them. He laughed, "Daniel is very descriptive, isn't he? Well, anyway, Quidditch is a great game. I played Quidditch, but it's been so long I forgot what position I play!"

Daniel hadn't realized it, but in describing the sexual acts, he'd gotten visibly worked up. He knew he'd have to change his shorts. It was cold anyway, and he needed to change to warmer clothes. "A good Keeper is the most integral part of a Quidditch team. It's what makes the difference between a goal for the other team and a victory for yours."

(While that may be...I broke the mold when I was born!)

"How can you forget your position?" she asked looking at Emil curiously. "I mean I remember all of them. But then again it's only been a few months since I've played myself." And she missed playing. It had been one of the few reasons she wished she was still in school but then again she couldn't pass up the chance to graduate early and become deputy mistress of magic for Germany now could she? It was an honor that she knew she couldn't through away unless she was insane.

Christy started to rub her arms feeling slightly chilly for a moment before she decided to reach in her back and pull out a jacket. She looked up at the sky and noticed that the meteors had stopped falling. "Hey the meteor shower is over guys." she said looking at the two boys.

"I've not got such a great memory, and my mind's been on other things" Emil chuckled, "I'm not that old but my mind's gone already. Be forewarned that I forget a lot of stuff at inconvenient times". Daniel laughed, everyone's attention was focused on Emil's faux pas instead. He looked up as well and noticed that the meteor shower had indeed stopped.

"Time for your date, guys!" Daniel sounded oh so eager to see the couple getting together on a date. He hoped for their sake that it worked out for them. He knew that they deserved each other. Emil needed a lady who was all that he could probably never be, and Christabelle would be the perfect one to fill that requirement.

Emil nodded nervously and gulped.

(Obviously not, since I'm a sweetie pie myself. But if you did break it, maybe I was an experiment to make a new one)

"Oh don't feel so bad about it." she replied, "I have honest to god blonde moments more often than not." she said smiling. She quickly was smiling nervously when Daniel mentioned their date. Not that she hadn't wanted to go out with Emil, she had she was just extremely nervous about doing so and was still unsure of how to be herself around him. Granted she was trying to just be herself but she seemed to outshow him and it wasn't that she ment too....wait...Deep down because of her being a half-veela she was. She always had to try to outshine everyone at everything she did. Even if she didn't mean to. It was why she had such few friends at Hogwarts when she went.

"Yeah," she looked over at Emil, "You ready?" she asked him curiously as she stood up.

Emil smiled, "I'm ready if you're ready". He wrapped his arms around her, and gave her a kiss on the cheek. The Gilded Wand was not that far away, and he could reach it within a short period of time if he drove there. Less if he could've apparated. Alas, he couldn't apparate yet. He had to settle for Muggle transportation.

"We'll take my car". Emil took the keys out of his pocket, and undid the car alarm setting. He unlocked the car, which was a small sedan. He opened the passenger door and one of the back doors for Christy and Daniel respectively. Daniel went inside the car, and buckled himself in. He shut the door, and started whistling a French tune. When he hummed or whistled, his French accent would be more apparent when he talked again.
