"I guess" She said. /she really didnt feel like walking. She was being lazy at the moment because it was so early and all. She put the tent in her pack and then looked as though she was ready to goto sleep.

"Take a nap," Varod said, smiling as he placed one hand behind her knees and put the other behind her head, pulling her into his arms. "Okay? I'll wake you when we get there."

With that he ran. Straight towards the village. A few thorns scraped at him, cutting him slightly between his pants and shoes. Maybe he should get new clothes... Yes, after breakfast. New clothes sounded wonderful.

Crossing the threshold of the town limits he slowed down. About an hour had past and dawn was beginning to rise.

Aurora was ok with falling asleep and fell asleep sooner than she would have imagined. As she slept, She dreamt of riding unicorns and playing games with her friends. As she slept she began to smile. Her dream was noce. After a while she shivered a bit. It was a bit cold out there at the moment.

"Aurora, wake up," Varod said, shaking her lightly as he stepped into an alley, setting her on her feet. "We have to go."

And with that, he lead her to the restaurant, then turned to her.

"Hungry?" he asked, smiling and pulling her inside. A woman at a podium smiled at them.

"Treating your sister to breakfast?" she asked, chuckling as V nodded. They were led to a table and sat down, menus handed to them.

Aurora woke up and followed him. When they got there she just felt bored. She sat down and looked at the menu. There were alot of good things to eat that morning. When the waiter took our order, Aurora ordered pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and some toast. This all was something she really loved to eat.

Varod ordered the steak...some hash browns...a pancake...some sausages...a buttered biscuit, and two sodas. All of it he wanted, and all of it he'd eat. Soon the food came and some drinks with it. He handed one of the bottles to her and smiled, digging in.

After they had both finished Varod stood up, leaving a tip and the bill.

"Ready?"

"I guess" She said. The food was real good and she was getting tired again. She needed to walk around for a long time before she ended up falling asleep again. "Where are we going to go now?" She asked tiredly.

"I was gonna go get some more clothes," Varod suggested smiling. "Or you could go take a nap somewhere."

A smile spread wider across his face as he dragged her out of the smell of food.

"Where to then?"

Aurora looked around and then yawned a grat big, low yawn. "I really--------- i really dont know." She said tiredly. It was real hard to stay awake. She sat down on the nearest bench and started humming. The next thing she knew, She was fast asleep, sitting strait up on the bench, dreaming of hunting for dragons and playing with uicorns.

Varod sighed and shrugged, sitting down next to each other. The time dragged by, but he let her sleep, smiling at the trust she had.

But soon he got bored and cast around for something to do. He could...no people would freak if he practiced with a sword...he could... no no, that would take leaving Aurora....finally, he settled on his favorite thing:

Profiling.

As he watched people walk by, he took in their life. One girl was being abused by her father. A scar, a shirt that said I Love Daddy, and a bruise on her arm gave it away. He cast around at all the other people.

No one had a happy life.
