Jack laughed and noticed how sure he was about being an Auror or a Healer. She made up her mind to start really trying to figure out what she wanted to do. As she made this decision, she let out a loud yawn. "Ugh! I'm tired and I don't like it very much." She grinned.

Andrew smiled and then shook his head. "I see your quite interested about graduating," he said knowing that she had been joking. He ducked as a few owls flew by him and then began to deposit mail in the right mail boxes inserts. These owls were like geniuses. "I gotta say," he said raising an eyebrow "have the wizards ever charmed the owls into becoming smarter? Or are they just the freaks of nature, I still wonder."

Jack nodded. "Just lovely little freaks of nature." She smiled, watching them. She needed to get herself an owl over the summer...Or a ferret, of course. (She was pretty stuck on that ferret idea of hers.) "Owls are just beastly, there's no escaping that."

"That is true, except when they start to steal your stuff," he said grinning. Suddenly, he felt a sharp ping of pain on the back of his neck and then turned to see the source. It was a snowy owl and it hoo'd at him as if offended. "Sorry," he said rubbing the back of his neck to remove the pain and laughed

Jack laughed, shaking her head and tski-ing. Yeah, that is right, she is multi-talented like that. "Be careful what you say. Owls are awesome and they don't need your approval." She laughed and stroked a nearby owl. In a ridiculous coo, she said to it, "Isn't that right? Yeah, you don't need Andrew, do you?" She laughed.

"No fair," he said calmly "my owl steals my stuff all the time. Let me have a least one good crack at it." He moved his hand away from his neck back down to his side and then gave the Snowy Owl a mouse that was right next to it. It then toke off and he didn't see them again. He turned back to Jack and then said jokingly "You speak owl? Thats another plus for your resume"

Jack laughed, nodding and trying to put on a serious face. "But of course." She shook her head and glanced out the window at the calm grounds, peace settling over her. "This should me an interesting summer."

Andrew looked out towards where Jack had looked and nodded in silence. Hopefully it would be a peaceful summer. Suddenly, there was a loud eagle chirp and Andrew sensed something. Not good. "Get down!" he said crouching near the corner as every owl in the owlery began to fly around in shrieking hoots. An eagle or hippogrif must've spooked them pretty bad. "Could you tell them it's alright?!" he yelled as the owls kept trying to peck him.

Jack dived out of the way just in time; a huge owl had swooped where her face had been seconds before. She covered her head with her arms and hands and backed against a wall, crouched against it. Andrew called to her to calm them down. Jokingly, she began screeching "CAW! CAW! CA- crap. That's crow! HOO! HOO!" As funny as the joke was, the owls only became more frantic and scrambled. She sighed to herself. "Major fail."

"More like General Fail," he joked even due to the situation. Andrew had no idea how he would calm down these owls, except maybe using his patronus, but it was an eagle so it would just irritate the owls even more. "Got any ideas!?" he yelled over the owls shrieking. He pulled his wand out, ready for any ideas to try and stop these owls from going on a small rampage on the tower.
