The Ministerial Ball

No, our parents died. Nikki told Harry. Nikki made a weak smile and bit her lips. I miss them. Nikki admitted. I guess, in some way, Matt is my father too, even if he hasn't adopted me. Nikki said to Harry. Nikki then chuckled. Sorry to hear your siblings are annoying! Nikki grinned at him. My sister, Soph, is never annoying. Nikki said to Harry. She's the best thing I'll ever have. Nikki smiled.

"I'm so sorry to hear.," said Harry frowning as she told him that her parents have died. He couldn't imagine how it was like to live without a parent - the pain mostly. Harry then smiled, warmly at her and stroked her cheek lightly and looked into her eyes. "I'm sure they miss you as much as you miss them," he told her, hoping to cheer her up. He was never good at cheering people up but he kept trying anyway. "Have you asked him?" he asked Nikki, he knew it was weird to go up to somebody and ask to be adopted but it didn't seem fair if only her sister was adopted.

Harry chuckled and shrugged his shoulders. "Don't be sorry, I manage to get back at them times to times," he grinned back at her. Then he laughed and struck out a playful tongue at her when she said her sister is never annoying. "Well, ain't you a lucky bugger," he chuckled only to show he was only joking. "I'm jealous."

It would feel too weird to ask him, you know? Nikki asked. Nikki just sighed and shrugged. I can't just..ask him...He's much too busy now, anyways. Nikki told Harry. Nikki then scoffed lightly and rolled her eyes. I don't understand why siblings fight. Nikki frowned. She then shrugged again and licked her lips as they were getting dry. What do you and your siblings fight about anyways? Nikki asked curiously. My sister and I only..argue when it's REALLY necessary.. Nikki told Harry.
