Jess felt something crack sharply over his head and doubled over once more, clutching at his head, golden wand in hand. He swore several times and looked up, eyes watering and glared at jack. He snarled and lunged forward, swinging the 'sword' around in a swipe aimed at jack's neck, and looking for his actual wand

Jack jumped back he tripped over a peice of rubble and fell. Struggeling back to his feet he realised he lsot track of Jess. He spent the few seconds looking for him. Finding him again he took out a silver dagger and launched it at Jess.

James grinned, finally this was getting interesting. "Protego," he yelled, deflecting the Secusempra spell, but getting caught by the expulso and being blown back into the wall. "Nice," he muttered, lifting himself to his feet. "Detrimentum!" he yelled once again, his wand aimed at Robert only. "Cruciatus!" he sent as well, hoping to inflisct pain unheard of on this man

Jess deflected the blow Jack had aimed at him and sighed, this was it, Jack was at close range, and was within reach, he drew himself back and plunged forward, aiming to stab Jack, not sure if he was aiming to kill, or wound

Jack felt a searing pain as the wand entered his stomach. He could feel the hot blood running down himselff he looked down shocked he pulled the wand out causing more blood to fall. His eyes turned normal again. He fell to his knees and looked stunned at Jess.

James looked over, a little sidetracked and saw Jack and Jess fighting, he frowned as he saw Jack get himself into a bit of a sticky situation, very vulnerable right next to Jess, and it looked rather bad. "Throw him off Jack!" he yelled, he didn't know the man well, but he was fighting his enemy, which made him his friend.
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend," he muttered quietly to himself
He then saw the makeshift weapon enter Jack's stomach and knew it wa over, he quietly cursed himself, and looked sheepishly at the ground for a moment

Robert seemed to catch almost an edge of the cruciatus, but not the full effect Enough to feel pain, but not enough to cripple him. It was very odd. His shield must have held through the first spell and most of the second. But it wasn't enough for him to lose his edge. "You'll have to work harder than that," Robert said,. He took a moment to aim carefully and shouted. "Confringo!" at his opponent. "Dipulso!" He really didn't care where he banished him to, he just wanted him banished.

Jess opened his eyes and saw Jack's face. That was something that he never quite got over, the look on a dying man's face, it always haunted him to the bone. He saw his eyes change and frowned inwardly, though his outer expression remained unchanged

The blue eyes that stared at Jess suddenly turned green the mouth smile evily "Jess..." said the voice of Ne'Os "Jess....you didnt win to kill this man. He was a traitor to me and now suffers the ultiment insult of dieing to one i consider weak. You know whats funny" Said Ne'Os's voice through jack "He was under the influence of the imperius curse the whole time. you killed a innocent man..." The voice of Ne'Os faded. Jackes eyes turned back to there blue. He screamed in pain looking at the wound "It hurts so much" he shouted before falling face forward into a pool of his own blood.

Robert watched the sad, sad end of a man that he and Khaat had both trusted. But Robert had been around enough to know that Jack had served Ne'Os through thick and thin and had opened himself up to that sort of thing. He knew that Jack was very capable of knowing good from evil, and knew that when he had realized Ne'Os was evil and didn't cut off his association with him altogether, that opened him for the imperius curse. Gave Ne'Os his golden opportunity to take advantage of him. In this world, one could never be too careful.
