"Diffindo!" Khaat aimed her wand at his pocket and fired a spell towards it.

Vincent hadn't expected Lupin to actually attack, but he managed to block the spell slightly, using protego. He was a little late to use the shield charm though, and there was a slight rip in his pocket, but the amulet remained inside. "Now Khaat," he said, moving backwards a bit and raising his wand. "Whats the point of dueling me? We both want to destroy the amulet."

"If that's what you really want, you'll give it back to me so I can do just that. You know I can't use it. I, unfortunately, do not know the same about you. When have I lied to you, Vincent? Do you want someone like Neos to get ahold of it and make him completely invinceable? Or do you want to be able to catch him? Give it back, or I will fight you for it."

OOC: You know, on my character plot I said i most annoyed Vincent, and thought he most annoyed Khaat. Just FYI. LOL

"Like I said Khaat, I don't doubt your intentions, only your ability," Vincent said curtly. "And if you dare attack me, you know the consequences." Which were, that she would lose her job at both the Ministry and Hogwarts, and possible be sentenced to several years at Azkaban. Fun.

Vincent glared at her angrily, she was going to far. He guessed it was time to use debt number 1. "Khaat, are you just extremely stupid, or very forgetful?" Vincent said. "Either way, you must remember, just a week ago, I helped you when you asked me to find the relative of the little girl you wanted to help," he reminded her calmly. "And now look, your threatening me. Is that how thankless you are?"

Matt's eyes had turned black and his fangs bared. Man I'm hungry!! he said in his demonic voice. You two both look delicious!! he laughed. He lunged for Khaat going straight for the neck.
