Khaat Lupin's Country Home

Miseria bit strongly her lip. Katherine was right. That wasn't what she wanted. Yes, of course Miseria loved children, she wanted to grow up, get married and have thousand kids and be home chicken so she could take care of her family, but right now, that was like a death to her. She was one unlucky person in this world! But her grandmother was right... She had perfect family who would only support her, but time flies. And august will come fast, before she can even imagine. "But I'm not ready for it. I'm still only fifteen..." she quietly said. But she can't back up now when the harm was done.

Jack saw Khats mother walk over and stepped back away he knew that woman to woman was best plus he ahd his own problems to sort out like how to get Jessica to talk about her nightmares , if not to him but to some one , helpign in her healing and puting it behind them.
He sat against the barn walls as he sat on some hay bails lisening.

He wish deep inside he'd had a mother like Khaat had all his life he fought to be what he was but only because he had nobody and lived on the streets, till he was taken in by an orphanage and the nuns changed him. Now he felt as if he was fighting again , this time for his marage, well soon to be wife.

"Go see your mother, Miseria. You need to hear what she has to say," Katherine said gently. "Go knock on her door."

Miseria glared at Jack who walked away from them. She believed that he had enough of other's problems, since he had his own pregnant wife, but Khaat was the one who needed support as well. Miseria sometimes felt that her mother was always doing everything to make people feel very comfortable but she wasn't doing anything for herself. And Miseria wanted to do something good to her, but now... She didn't even know if Khaat want's to have a grandchild.

She nodded to Katherine and left the barn, walking back into the house. She found Khaat's room fastly and she already was knocking on the door. "Khaat?" she asked quietly and waited for response.

Khaat waved the door open magically with a wave of her hand. "Come in," she said. When Miseria entered, Khaat said, "I'm sorry I left you there. I guess when unexpected things come up, I still want to be close to my uncle." She pointed to the wizard portrait of Remus Lupin. Remus was always smiling and looking like he was full of love and support for Khaat. "It makes me feel like I can still be close to him somehow, and that makes everything feel okay again. I know that doesn't make much sense, does it?"

Miseria entered quietly and closed the door behing her. She looked at the painting and nodded quietly. She knew what Khaat was meaning. Even she herself was staring for many minutes at her parent's photos and thinking of them. Every night she was praying for them to be happy wherever they were right now. "No... I can understand you very clearly," she said quietly and sat down next to her, taking a deep breathe.

"I'm sorry," she then said and held back her breathe. Khaat could hit her and Miseria wouldn't do anything to stop her. Why should she? Her life was destroyed when she thought that things are going back to normal.

"It's okay," Khaat smiled. "Dont look so hopeless. Before you and Rob came along, I was alone basically. Now I have children, and a really good man that I love so much, and I'm going to be a grandmother. I don't know how Rob will feel about being a grandfather so soon if we get married." That made Khaat laugh. "But he'll be okay with the baby. It's the 'grandfather' thing he might have trouble with. I don't think he wants to see himself aging. Didn't you tell me once that this is a normal age in Romania? So, don't let yourself be so embarressed about it or so depressed. You're acting like life is over. It's just beginning. Cheer up. Things will be okay."

Miseria closed her eyes and took a deep breathe again. She was really acting like it was the end... And it was. The end of her life as a usual teenager, usual Hogwarts student. Now she will be mother. She raised her head and sighed quietly. "I'm afraid. I've never thought that this moment will come when I am not ready... or when I don't want it..." she said sadly but nodded. Khaat had strange ability to make her feel better no matter what the situation was. "But I'm afraid of how will you feel. You're young and beautiful, and you and Robert aren't even married..." she sighed again. That was difficult.

Katherine walked over to Jack as he sat on the hay bales. "You're in deep thought. What's so heavy on your mind? Fatherhood, perhaps? You want to talk about it?"

Jack looked up at her "That, Jessica and how she will feel come our wedding when we both don't have family there." he said with a deep sigh his head resting against the back of the barn "misaria's condition reminded me of my past , growing up alone and scared , just as she thinks she dose now , Kathrine, I grew up on the streets fighting, it became my life till i went to hogwarts and then became an Auror, I guess I faught all my life , I faught to find Jessica, now i am fighting to keep her and the twins healthy, my mind is feeling a bit like its in a muggle blender" he said giving a weak smile as he looked at her from where he sat .
