''You are asking me to kill you?'', he asked her. He then burst into laughter. ''Do not be an idiot Lupin. I am not a murderer. If I were, I would have killed you when I had the perfect opportunity and not now. Calm yourself a little, take a nap and then we can discuss further'', he replied.

"If I could take a nap, I would," Khaat said, "But then the shouting comes back, the cursing, the belittling, the visions. I just want it to stop. That's all. No one understands its too painful. Narcissa, maybe you can live with it, but I can't. I can't see my uncle like that nonstop for the rest of my life.
I'm sorry. I guess I'm not as strong as you are. It just hurts too much."

"Why can't you do it yourself then!?" Narcissa snapped, finding herself now irritated by the young Lupin. If she couldn't deal with life then she could take the silence of death. "Or better yet go and enter the forest again and find the Death Eater camp. I'm sure they'd love to dispose of you."

Wilson burst into laughter. ''I know what's wrong with you Lupin. You are not an idiot, well.. not yet, at least. It is the bloody spell'', he said. He then took his wand out and pointed it to Khaat.

He fired a spell, a bright flash of blue light and it hit Khaat directly in the head. He turned to Narcissa, pocketing his wand. ''Do not worry, she will be fine. She will wake up in a few minutes. Tell her that he had been acquainted with the Sanatur spell. Now, as for you, no final reply? If not, then, we shall see each other again... if yes.. then, say so, by all means.'', Wilson said.

"Y-yes." Narcissa stuttered, completely gob-smacked by his bluntness. Thankfully though she managed to throw a satisfied smile onto her features. "We'll most definitely be seeing each other again. Sooner rather than later I hope though." Narcissa said, glancing down at Khaat.

Khaat work up slowly, finding herself on the floor. The terrible shouting in her head had stopped. Thank God! She saw Narcissa still there, and others. She sat up slowly. "How do you do it?" Khaat asked her. "I just couldn't. I guess,...I guess its because I never dealt with his death in the first place. Its always been really raw for me. I'm sorry to put you through that with me, and I'm sorry for all the mixed up thinking. I knew it was wrong, but I didn't seem to have the power to stop it. I am so very, very glad you were here. I will always be grateful for you. Thank you."

"Khaat calm down." Narcissa said, helping the girl up. "Remus Lupin does not hate you alright? If anything he is proud of you and what you were hearing was nothing but the Cruciatus Curse whispering in your ear. You're going to be alright I promise you. The ironic thing is, is that it was James that helped you."

"Yes, "Khaat said, "That does surprise me. That was the last thing I expected. I guess in the morning, he may look a little different to me too. Are the students still okay? They have to be getting tired."

"They're fine." Narcissa said uninterestedly. "No doubt a little disturbed but otherwise fine. I think it is time for them to go back to Hogwarts where they belong. This is not child's play."
