Khaat's House in Hogsmeade--(open)

Vincent laughed at her insults, not affected by it at all. "Follow his path then. He fought on the losing side, and died. And your about to go the same way. I made you an offer, and you refused it, very well then Lupin, I didn't need you at all, it was all for your own good anyways," Vincent replied. Looking down at the floating cup of cofee that the girl had used telekenisis to bring, Vincent scowled and used telekinisis to send it flying towards a wall.

Miseria scowled at him and stood up. All cups were flying behind her and when he sended this little cup towards the fall, she shaked her head:“It's not good to break other's stuff,“ she said and simply moving a hand, cup flyed back next to the others. Smiling at him, she bowed like she once did before Shacklebolt and left the kitchen, following Khaat. When she was again in the living room, she placed cups on the table and looked around, raising her eyebrows. So, what's next?

Maybe she could actually get him to kill her. All she had to do was provoke him enough to act. Then she would stop this agony in her brain that was stripping her of her strength moment by moment. "So do it, then!" she shouted, "You obviously cannot tolerate a Lupin in your presence. What's the matter, Majere? Do we point out all the lapses of conscience you've had? My uncle was more than twice the man you'll ever be. You aren't worthy to even empty his trash!"

Narcissa heard the shouts from the kitchen and she stopped playing with her wand. The woman slowly rose to her feet and walked over to the door that lead to the kitchen. She leaned against the frame and smirked to herself. Khaat was pretty accurate, Majere wasn't worthy enough to lick Remus Lupin's shoes clean.

"Perhaps its the lack of conscience that makes things worse, hm?" Narcissa said with a small smile. "Khaat I suggest you relax before your problems escalate." Narcissa warned with a serious expression.

Khaat looked at her. Narcissa was onto her. Maybe she could help, if Khaat took the chance to trust her. "Could I see you just one moment?" Khaat asked her softly, "Alone?" She motioned to her study.

Vincent turned towards Khaat again as she once again started shouting. Now she was trying to make him angry. Fortunately for her, she was failing - Vincent had more tolerance than most people would believe him to have. He would have his revenge later, but now was not the time. After all, what would reacting to her insults do now? It seemed like she wanted to provoke him, and he wasn't about to do that. As it were, Narcissa had joined them again, greaaat.

"Listen Lupin, I suggest that you listen to your little 'friend'," Vincent responded coldly. "You should know, that my influence on the minister means that I could make life very bad for you if I wanted to. So know your place Lupin, don't dare insult me again."

"Of course Khaat." Narcissa shot a scathing look at Majere and followed Khaat into the study where she hoped the child would choose to shed some light on the affliction that seemed to be crippling her more by the second.

"This is becoming far too tempting for me," Khaat said, reaching in her pocket. She produced the vial. "Please--take it. My thoughts are not entirely my own, I don't think. I'm not sure where my thoughts stop and where Wilson's cruciatus begins. Shacklebolt did remove a great deal of it, but there's a huge piece of emotional torture that I can't get rid of, and I'm not thinking like I should. I don't know who to trust right now, all things considered. So take this. Please."

Miseria looked at Khaat, being surprised. What is she doing?! Why is she trying to make Majere even angrier than he already was? Looking at him then again at her. But when Narsicca cutted in, she finded herself sighing in a relief. While they went into the other room, she sat down and looked at Majere, taking one cup. Although, she didn't like coffee, she had to drink something strong. She wondered what they could talk about, but since she wasn't invited, then she didn't have to know it. She would not even read Narsiccas mind.

Again rolling her blue hair around her finger, she took another sip of the coffee, looking at Majere. “I bet you're feeling good now,“ she said quietly. Now that no one was on his way, he could take over the Hogwarts. It was only wonderful for him, but she really doupted that other students would like that.

Narcissa took the vial from Khaat and looked at it in interest. An old friend of her own seemed to worm its way into another’s life it seemed. Narcissa sighed and nodded sadly.

"I am all too familiar with this. An old acquaintance but killing yourself will do you no good, Khaat. There are people out there that need you and the Cruciatus is a curse not to be underestimated at all, not when there is some left. Just stay strong and don't let it overpower you."
