"Hm..." Varod muttered. "Of course I want you to stay the night with me! Besides, I could use a "sidekick." Yes, batman is awesome."
He laughed and went into a small muggle restaurant and was immediately overwhelmed by the smell of a large buffet.
"I thought all-you-can-eat sounded nice, what do you think?" he asked Christy, his eyes falling on the food hungrily.

"A superman always needs his supergirl." she said smiling at the super hero reference that she had just made as they came up to the small muggle restaurant. She really didn't like muggles but she like most of her family did see them for their uses. "Thats fine." she said smiling, "I told you I'm not going to be picky tonight."

"Actually, that was Superwoman," Varod smilingly said, paying the person at the counter and handing Christy a plate and piling his own with whatever he could pull towards him, muttering a silent spell under his jacket to keep the food in place.
"God, and I'll probably eat all this too..."

Christabelle didn't even have a quarter of the food he had on her plate. She was hungry and could eat most people out of house and home but she really had to work on staying in shape for the tournament. And that meant eating healthier foods than what she had and hadn't been eating. "I probably won't eat all this." she said laughing a little. "I don't know I might."

She sat down at the table and watched him eat. "How can you eat like that?" she asked as she pulled out her fork and proceeded to take much smaller bites than him, "Its kinda gross."

Varod wiped his mouth and looked up at her.
"Small bites are boring," he told her, popping a french fry into his mouth.
He put his hand into hers, but kept eating.

She rolled her eyes and laughed a bit at him before eating a little bit more. "Well you know me, I never really eat much." she said looking at him, "I mean I could but it wouldn't be very lady like would it?" she asked lacing her fingers between his as he held her hand.

"Nothing you do with me is very ladylike!" Varod told her, chuckling. He was nearly done with his food.
"You look really pretty right now, with your hair in the moonlight and all," said Varod, smiling a wide (for him) smile.

"Nothing?" she asked looking at him. "I'd like to think most of what I do it lady like." She finished her plate of food. "Thanks." she said smiling sweetly. "You still hungry cause I'm stuffed."
