N.E.W.T prep Class 1

"Yes Nick she does teach that at Beauxbatons." she said smiling, glad he seemed to remember that part about her. "It shouldn't be difficult for me at all though I won't have to ask her." she said looking at her, "Remember its like you said France is known for charms." she said grinning like the Cheshire cat.

Moldy Goldy gazed at the spectrum of different levels of students. "That's quite all right. Now if you would all settle down, we can begin class. Today, you'll basically be showing off. Do whatever you feel like, and I'll be watching. House points will be awarded if I'm impressed, but no grades today. Get started, I won't interrupt you again." he said, waving his hands, a gesticulation to signify the beginning of the 'lesson,' if you could call it that.

Christabelle grinned and started the intricate waving of her wand to produce the Hot Air Charm. Granted the charm itself was simple if all it did was to create a stream of hot air out of the charm, but then again the room had been quite chilly this morning. The charm required no speech at all and when she finished casting it the room had become quite warm. She turned to Nick and grinned at him. "See I told you charms weren't hard."

ne'os drew the Elder wand and unpacked his books and then thought to himself , Wingardrium leviosa. all the books lifted up off the table and slowly orbited him the pages turning slowly.

Albus took out his wand and wondered what would be impressive. He had forgotten most of the charms over the summer and couldn't really think of a very good one. In the end he decided he would just do an easy one. WIth a wave of his wand he changed his desks colour to green, using the color changing charm.

Moldy Goldy observed the expertise by which the Ravenclaw performed the charm, but he, being dead, felt no effect of it Regardless, he clapped his translucent hands together. "Excellent! 10 points to Ravenclaw! " he said with a smile. He observed the boy in possession of the Elder Wand, which he recognized immediately. It had, after all, been wielded by his best friend as he turned genocidal on the goblins... However impressive the power of the spell, it showed no creativity nor literary expertise. Therefore, Moldy Goldy settled for giving him an approving nod. The other Slytherin performed a Transfiguration, which Gold had never really immersed himself in. Impressive as the transfiguration was, it was rather off topic.

"All right. Let's aim for something a little more complex, shall we? After all, you are all NEWT prep!" he bellowed.

Christabelle smiled having earned her house ten points but then Nick had caught her attention. "Thanks." she said blushing a little at the fact he was calling her babe. It was the first she had ever heard of him calling her by anything but her name but she seemed to not mind.

She watched as Nick summoned the candle to him, okay that was easy enough but then he used the spell that summoned a jet of water from his wand. She watched as he extinguished the candle's flame with it and how easily he controlled the jet of water. She seemed amused by it and then when he spoke she looked at him, "Well that was fairly easy if you ask me sweetheart." she said truthfully as she pulled out invisible ink.

She wrote down on a piece of parchment a note for Nick and as soon as it was down he couldn't see, she passed it over towards him waving her wand over it she said, "Aparecium." causing the ink to appear, she grinned and then cast, Avis, which conjured a flock of white doves in the room.
