Virginia sat at the foot of a tree near the lake. She was wondering if anyone was ever going to ask her if she wanted to dance with them at the end of the year dance. She smiled, and remembered that her 2 friends were dateless too. Not that that was a good thing it was just comforting. She sighed and began to try to make a sandcastle in the tiny beach on the edge of the lake, wishing someone was there to help her.

The sound of an angry witch storming out of the castle doors could be heard from the Black lake. Zylee stomped down the grassy hill that lead to the lake, her cold midnight orbs narrowed up at the blinding sun as she cursed under her breath in snake-like hisses. The words of the headmaster rang in her pale painted ears as she whipped around another tree and sat down with a huff in the long grass at the banks of the lake. From what any passerby stranger could tell, Zylee was just another angry student who had just received some very disappointing grades; that assumption couldn't be further from the truth. Zylee didn't care for her grades, what she was angered over, was the fact that she now had to spend the next valuable week in detention for Five hours each day. She spat on the ground as she continued to curse; then locking her eyes on the being sitting acrossed the lake from her. "Scram Bitch", Zylee growled heatedly.

"What's up with you, snappy!" Virginia replied hotly. She hadn't even MET this Slytherin girl before, but that expression 'never judge a book by it's cover' could just kiss itelf goodbye. Virginia's impressions were not good.

Zylee's eyes flashed with cruelty as she pulled out her wand threateningly. "I have ways of torture, I suggest you don’t become a target, Ms." Zylee couldn't avoid the involuntary smirk that had found its way on her pale, malicious face. She waved her slender black wand in the direction of the Ravenclaw girl's poorly built sand castle and snickered when it trembled and fell into a pile of worthless sand. Hurting and Bothering people were two of the few ways Ms. Black got any enjoyment out of her rollercoaster life.

Virginia's eyes widened for a moment, then turned to slits. She looked up. She could see the headmasters window, but if Virginia got hurt, the headmaster may not look out of his window. And then she'd be in trouble.

But the whole point of being in the D.A. was learning to fight evil. This girl may or may not be evil, but who knows? Then, she remembered. She had seen this girls picture in the wanted section of the Daily Prophet. She gave a little gasp and started inching away from the lake tiny bit by tiny bit.

Zylee got to her feet and stalked towards the Ravenlcaw witch. "Why now, where might you be going? I haven't had any fun yet. Wont you stay for a good hex or too". The tone of her voice was dripping with amusement, even her stance showed how pathetic she thought this student was. The tip of her slender wand found its place pressed against the girl's head as she chuckled morbidly. "Want me to use a good Unforgivable curse on you? Or are you going to walk away without mentioning you saw me here?” She questioned in a low sneer.

"Oh, well why wouldn't you want me to tell? People know you go here. Why not?" Virginia asked quietly, but so Zylee could hear. She reached up and pushed the wand away, and stood up so that she was level with Zylee. She tried to hide that she was trembling. She didn't want Zylee to think she was pathetic. But she didn't have a wand, all she had was her feet to run from Zylee.

"Yes but I’ve currently been told not to go anywhere out of the castle so keep your mouth shut or you wont have one when im through with you". Zylee twirled her wand before jamming it back into the pocket of her tight fitted robes. She pulled the dark hood of her cloak over her head, her wild brown hair putting up quite a fight about being tamed momentarily. She kept her midnight orbs focused on the girl, but said nothing more on the subject, watching the female’s reactions. She wanted to be sure she could keep this one's mouth shut on the subject or else she would have to erase her from the problem.

ne'os was on a far bank when he saw this happening he lazily flew over the top of the surface hardly touching it he landed next to the two grils "what are you doing Zylee?" he asked her not caring that she was in a bad mood.

Virginia's head whipped in the derection of ne'os. She narrowed her eyes. She didn't know if he was good or bad. Or if he was going to encourage Zylee. He looked like he may be like her. But he decided to let Zylee answer him.
