Mariana just had a look towards everyone that was telling everyone /just do what he says/ because her stomach started to hurt again and she felt like baby was on its way out.

Jemma left the room, after wishing Mariana good luck. She had a child and knew what Mariana would have to go through soon. She saw everyone else outside.
"Hey guys, so, how long will we be here, d'you think?" she said, trying to start a conversation. Something that she wasn't very good at.

Darren was very worried about Mari, so much he couldn't even bother annoying Danny as he passed him. Shrugging at Jemma's question, he didn't really care how long they would be there, he didn't have anything else to do really.

Alexi could see that Mariana was going into labour, and there were still a lot of people in the room. "Ok," said Alexi. "Seriously, leave if you're not immediate family, or see a side of Mariana that you will never want to see again." With that, Alexi summoned his serpentine patronus, using the happy memory of flying, and called a couple of nurses. The baby was going to be delivered really soon, or technically, baby wasn't the right term, but that was to be discovered later. Alexi gripped his wand, remembering lists of instructions and spells - in the wizarding world, surgery was done by diffindo, and etc., not by muggle tools like scalpels. "How are you feeling?" asked Alexi, speaking to Mariana.

"Nurse!" said Alexi, as he got ready. Quickly, Alexi put the relevant instructions in his mind to practical use, using many spells, and having a constant flow of potions from the nurses. He worked alongside the nurses in order to minimize the pain, and maximize the comfort for Mariana, but the pain and comfort was dependent on the individual's psychology. After what seemed like hours, Alexi could clearly see the head of the baby. "I can see the head!" he yelled.

Andrian twirled his knife and placed it into his pocket, "Hey Danny!" he went up to him ignoring the fact that Alexia had shouted that he could see the head of the baby. Then waited by the door sitting down and listening to muggle music to entertain himself this could take long he didn't even know they were getting the baby out magically.
