"Forget the kettle, Ruby," Marcus rolled his eyes as Robert got into the car, and Angus stood waiting on her. "Tara can get her own kettle. We have to go. Get in the car--now."
After Ruby got in, Angus got in, and lastly, Marcus got in. It was not easy for Carlo to drive the long limousine on some of Italy's narrow, winding roads, but he made it look easy. It was about a twenty minute drive to the muggle hospital, and when they arrived, Marcus got out and met a security officer who seemed very surprised to see a limosine pulling up. Marcus spoke a moment with the officer, and then, he got out some muggle money out of his wallet and paid the officer before returning to the car. He told Carlo that it would be fine to park the limo here for the moment.
He gave Angus the gesture that it was fine to get out. Angus got out and, following what he knew to be procedure, he stepped out of the way for Marcus to hold out his hand to help Ruby out of the car if she needed it. Robert followed Ruby out, and Marcus shut the car door. Carlo locked the car, and Angus led the way inside and to the woman at the front desk.
Angus introduced himself, in Italian, and he showed her his muggle ID to prove he was a Donohue. That seemed to rattle the little brunette, and she picked up the phone and called someone. In a couple minutes, a dark haired man in glasses and wearing a white coat came out.
In Italian, he said he did not expect to see a man like Angus Donohue there. Angus explained Rosaria worked for the family, and he introduced Robert as a specialist from England. Robert took over at that point and introduced himself as an orthopedic surgeon who had been enlisted by the family to take charge of Rosaria's care and was intending to transfer her to England for specialized treatment. He showed the doctor his muggle credentials, and the doctor motioned for them to follow.
"I'll go talk with him," Robert told them. "Why don't you lot go see Rosaria, and I'll meet you there in just a little bit?"
"If you're sure," Angus said.
"Absolutely. This is routine. I've got this part. Go reassure Rosaria that we've got this well in hand now," Robert told them, and he left with the doctor. Carlo led the way to take them upstairs to Rosaria's room, explaining she was very heavily drugged with muggle drugs and was not liable to be awake much or understand much.
