Looking at him as he listed worrying about her first, she sighed. "I wasn't about to get shot or anything," she reminded him, using something muggles would do to try and kill someone since it was a muggle town. "You never study, i'm not stupid, you could pull of a Ravenclaw if you weren't so Darren-ish." she teased before going serious. "What are you hiding?" she asked, knowing she didn't want to know in a way but than again, she had to know, she was just catious like that.

"I didn't know you were with your sister did I?" Darren replied rolling his eyes - she was so slow sometimes. Sighing when she got serious, lying was one thing he really sucked in, it was annoying how everyone saw right through him, Gin was especially good at it. "Im hiding nothing, I wasn't lying," he said scowling.

Ginevra knew Darren rather well so it was easy to tell when he was lying or when he was not. Things like studying were not what he'd waste his time doing. Sure, he read but she'd never seen him with a book that had to do with his classes. "I guess you're right." she agreed, shrugging as she'd forgotten already he hadn't known she was there. Ginevra was a bit slow on facts involving herself. Raising her eyebrow at the scowl, she knew he was just angry for her catching him. "You suck at lying, Darren." she reminded him not saying anything otehr than that before waiting.

"Im not lying!" Darren said loudly, annoyed at how stubborn she was. Sure, he was being stubborn too, but she wasn't going to get an answer out of him. She'd just start worrying, even though he was perfectly fine.

Making a face, she looked away from him. Just getting back and arguing already was not what she wanted. Sighing, she'd let it go; for now only, though and that was obvious. Ginevra never let him get away with keeping things from her, she was far to stubborn and worried for him. She didn't care if he was fine, he could have been hurt in the meantime when away from Hogwarts, as she knew him well enough to know he wouldn't go with anyone else. He was more independant like she was on most things.

(Evan just watched as the two by the lake argued once more. He never really understood why they argued in the fisrt place. Must've been about classes or something. Who knows. He went over to the two and tried to look neutral not wanting to be hostile.) "Hey Darren," he said normally "hey gin."

Waving at him, she never exactly had gotten his name over there. "What's your name again?" she asked as he had never seen him before this day. Apperently she was not paying attention to the students roaming around these days or she would have knonw. "But hey." she added, again not wanting to sound rude. Glancing at Darren from the side of her eyes, she looked away and stared at the lake without another word.

Snapping out of it as Evan spoke, she nodded. "You're in my house, aren't you?" she asked, just guessing. The name sounded firmilar so she knew it was from sonewhere she'd seen him and that was all that came to mind. Having had so much to think about latley, she was a bit more forgetful than usual.
