Jemma's Place

Jemma laughed. "Phew, I'm glad there was never anything between you two!" she said, although she knew this fully well beforehand. It was indeed a strange conversation that they were having. Then again, she tried to think of a normal conversation that they had had. She couldn't think of one.
"No, there's nobody," she admitted to Mariana. "I wish there was someone though. It makes life a lot more interesting." she added, truthfully. She would love to find someone, but she could never find anyone that was right for her. There weren't many male Professors at Hogwarts, truthfully, most of them were female. She didn't know why, but it was true.

"To be honest honest Jemzy I did have a date once with someone who wasn't Jess.It was Ne'Os,but he never came and since than he is my worst enemy." she confessed wondering what can anyone even Jemzy say on this: "Anless you date Headmaster I hardly doubt you will find the ONE at Hogwarts," she added quickly.

Jemma thought Mariana was so lucky, to find the person she was meant to be with so soon in her life. "Yeah, you're so lucky you found Jess so early one. You've missed out on so much relationship stress." she truthfully told Mariana. She didn't know what to say about Ne'os really, she remembered him as a student a few years ago but she didn't know anything much about him. She decided to not comment on him. Yes, that would be the best thing, she thought.

Jemma laughed at Mariana's comment suggesting she should date the Headmaster. She wondered if Mariana would ever drop this chain of thought. She didn't think so. "Well, that's never going to happen," she repeated, knowing she had said this many times in their conversation so far. "I know what you mean though, unless a new male teacher arrives at Hogwarts or I suddenly meet a random man in the street, I'm going to be single for a good while longer," she told Mariana, although it was more like she was thinking aloud than having a conversation.
