Home For the Hollidays..

Sage had met a boy just a few days ago and had invited him to come with her on chritmas brake to vist in Teaxas with her family. they met her family and then they drove to the next town over every one crouded into two cars. sage had traded all her heavy clothes for a lighter tee shirt and jeans she still wore her boots and had her hair up in ther normal pony tail. her parents didn't ask about the friend she had broght along they were just happy she made a friend she like well enough to bring home with her for a short time.

Saige couldnt believe it. Today he was going to texas. He tried to pack his nicer clothes and nothing as boring as what he was wearing when he met sage. when they had gotten to meet up with her family, Saige was being proper and learned alot about how her family was.

For the trip saige had packed up presents including a diamond necklace for sage. Since it was christmas he thought it was appropriate to get her something and the necklace. He also packed some of his nice jeans that werent colorless. Although whenever he wore them they seemed to match his skin and be colorless. He wore a red shirt and some light blue jeans.

Sage huged her brother Max then sat next to him and mostioned for Saige to sit on the other side of her "Saige this is Max. Max, Saige." she said Introduseing the two boys. Not sure how they would get along. She just hoped Max wouldn't do anything that would make her regret bringing Saige with her for the brake.
"is that the guy you menchioned in the last letter you sent me?" Max asked "and Nice to meet you." he said to Saige
"NO!" she objected then tryed to disapper into the seat of the car.

Saige sat down next to sage and looked at his lap. "Nice to meet you." He said to max. saige wasnt for sure what to do or how he was supposed to act. Never had he went to a new country just to stay with a friend. "Letter? Im pretty sure that letter she sent you wasnt about me.. We only met the day she sent that to you." Saige said just barely talking. He was beginning to look boring again. It was as though he got to choose if he was exciting or if he was boring.

"Hmm," Max said Crossing his arms and loooking foward. "Hey you your sister just got home you better be nice to her. none of your mister tough guy stuff for a few days." Sage's father said. "Thankyou daddy but Max is okay. i understand if he dosen't like the fact im makeing friends." Sage said then smiled at Saige. "It's okay," she wispred to him "he always acts like this at first and look behind you. There is snow ball." she didn't really care if Max liked saige or not she like him maybe more than a fiend but she like him. "your going to have so much fun."

"How any siblings do you have?" Saige asked max curriously. He was only trying to start a conversation. Wasnt as though he cared much.. Just that he wanted to learn more about sage without asking her so much. He looked behing himself to see snowball sitting there as though she had nothing better to do but listen to them talk and watch her owner make a fool of himself infront of the one girls family. Maybe to snowball it was amusing.

"Well there is Sage, Tyler , Tanya, and Anna. so there are Five of us. "Max said "how about your self? and Why arn't you with them?" he asked "MAX!," Sage said blushing and once again shishing she had wore her hair down. "What brat?" Max asked smileing "Why do you have to be so mean to my school firends?" She asked then she started laughing knowing that her big brother keep laughing. "then there uncle aunt and grandmother also live with us. its the easyest way to keep the family together and out of jail." Sages Mother said "thier fahter here has to much of that expriance already."

"I have 3 older siblings Jasmine and josh who are 21 and Star who is twenty then i have my twin brother jack who like me is 17." He said then he thought for a minute. "Then i have my sister skarlet who is 10 and the triplets Jenna sara and sally who are two.." He knew he had a big family but.. Thats just how his family was. "Then my mom is about to have twins and she wants to name them jessie and Shelby." Then max asked something that made him a little mad but he didnt care. "well.. I have only spent one christmas with my family since i started going to hogwarts and that was when the triplets were born... but.. then I realized that i was different than my family cause all of my family except my dad and mom and squibs or..wizards without magical ability. My dads a pureblood and my moms a muggle like you. And.. Unless my sister scarlet or the triplets or even the twins are magical then im left out of my family." Saige explained to max that that was why he didnt spend christmas with his family

"Sorry man, i didn't mean to offend you in any way. and Sage here is the same way in our family only My mother and father are as you called them are both Muggles and Sage is the only witch here. the only one with magical powers." Max said Sage turned around in the seat and opend the small window in the back and started petting snow ball. "hey girl," she said the the little wolf pup. "Max you should learn to not be so hot headed like daddy." She said to her brother and keep peting the dog untill her parents asked her to close the window and did turning back around in the seat.

"Well.. Being the only wizard in a muggle family is different than being the only wizard with magical abilities in a family of wizards." Saige said looking at max strangly. "Being the only wizard of a muggle family is special.. Its one of the best things in the world." Saige said smiling as sage. "But being the only one with powers in a wizard family besides your own father.. Thats kind of bad.. Most people think that a family of squibs is a bad thing so... im pretty much an out put.. "
