A bird to cause Drama? Who would have thought?

Sally nodded agreeing with him that someone was bound too hate him and listen as he read the note his owl Shadow brought him. "oh go on and open it Pri,"She said smiling encourging him to open it. "Come on now."She said leaning her head on his shoulder waiting

"But you dont understand.. I dont ever want to open it. She knows that i dont like the person who sent it to me in the first place. Malla is awesome but the lady who sent me the package.. She leaves me as a child and walts back in thinking she can control my life." He said as he kissed her forehead. "I really dont want to open it.

Sally frowned, "Oh?" She said looking at him wondering, her red eyes bright red. She shrugged and took Fern off her shoulder. "Hi little guy are you hungry?" She said snuggling the little baby owl from her father. She loved the baby owl even though she only had him for a day. She dug in her pocket and found a little nut and held it in her hand for Fern to eat. Whom ate it happily in her hand

"You wouldnt understand." He told her. "Its really complicated." He began to explain. "When i was really young I was abandoned by my mother and father. they had left a note for whoever btook me in telling them that they would look for me in the future when they could do better for me. they also said my name was prison Lycon." He leaned against the wall. "When I got older i was made fun of because everyone thought that my parents were dead and just a week ago Malla figured out that my mother was alive still and she had began to speak with my mom. Turns out im A half blood. No one for a long time knew if I was muggleborn." He wanted to cry but he just couldnt. "When my mother learned about how I was raised and everything she tried getting malla to let me move in with her and when she asked malla where I was, Malla said i was in hogwarts for the triwizard tornament. My mom wanted her to give me something and my mom is trying to become part of my life again. She has like 2 step children and new husband and I dont even want to be a part of her family." Prison looked at the ground for a moment. "thats why I wont open the gift. Ever."

Sally looked at him her eyes sadden and hugged him trying to comfort him. She had nothing to say as she had never been in that poistion before. "You can cry if you need to Love." she said seeing that he was close to crying. She kept her arms around him protectivly and lovingly.

"Im fine. Its just.. I dont want someone who abandoned me for most of my life back in my life." He said. "I mean she is an amazing person. She is the Vice president of a major company. She lives in a 3 story house with 10 bedrooms a small library and everything. Malla told me that when i was born they barely had a thing. they were as poor as i am now. they dont get how hard my life was as a little kid and they couldve kept me and my life would be the same except that i wouldnt be here no probably i would probably be at home cause my mum wouldnt want me to be a wizard." He picked up the backage and gently shook it wondering what was inside.

Sally looked at him and then thought about it for a minute "Well, if they did keep you, I wouldnt have met you." She said looking at him her bright red eyes changing to a dark red color. She sighed hoping he would recognized that fact. She looked back at Fern who had finished the nut she gave him so she gave him another

"Thats true to." He said as he smiled and looked at her. "If my parents would have kept me i would not have met you the love of my life." He said. He then kissed her on the cheek. Looking at the box, he couldnt help but sit down and look at it more. He wanted to open it but he felt that he shouldnt. It was only a box why would he need to open it? He should just send it back to malla for her to keep until the summer. "Should i really open it?" He asked her.

Sally smiled and watched him sit down and look at the box. She thought he was about to open it for a while and then he asked her if he should. She thought about it, she was abit curious her self as what was in the box and wanted to know too. "Its your choice Love."" she said to him sighing

Prison got the box and began to carefully open it. Inside there was a green book and some sort of necklace. He picked up the note that layed on the book and opened it. The note read:


Prison was on the verge of crying again put he held the tears back and opened the book. The first two pages was him playing with a little boy. when he looked at the captain it read,


Prison smiled. He looked at the next 2 pages and they were picures of his dad with a navy uniform on. "Thats why my dad died. He was in the navy and must've gotten shot." He said to sally. He looked closely at the picture and his dad was even wearing the necklace with the green cross. The cross was an emerald green made of metal. He took it out of the box and put it around his neck then pulled sally into his lap so she can look at the pictures with him.
