Chase's apartment

Chase walked into the apartment and smiled. It was beautiful, a one person apartment, and she loved it a lot. She put her bag down and sat down on the couch, it had come fully furnished, and she was extremely happy for that. She looked around the small room, the bathroom off to the side, the bedroom hiding in a place you couldn't even tell it was her bedroom. She smiled and pulled her bags into the bedroom, changing and pulling her hair back, she walked into the front room again and relaxed on the couch.

Ne'Os was angry, Chase was slipping if she though Vito was bad she was about to learn that Ne'Os could be much much worse. He had materialized in the form of Matthew Lestrange and quickly found the mind of two Aurors they quickly aperated to his position just outside her apartment door. He knocked once before he raised a hand and made the door implode on it self with a large bang. He stepped in the room with the two aurors taking defensive positions infront of him. "Arrest her she is a death eater" is all Ne'Os who was portraying Ne'Os said. With that Ne'Os made the illusion of Matthew aperating out which all he was doing was turning invisible to watch the fight and control the death eaters. The aurors moved forward taking out there wands and aiming them at Chase one flicked his wand and shouted "Reducto." the other flicked his wand and shouted "Stupefy." Both spells flew at Chase.

Chase jumped to her feet, pulling her wand out when someone knocked down her front door. Matt? Her eyes went wide and she stepped back, looking at the aurors on either side of him. "What do you mean?! I'm not a Death Eater!" She yelped when two spells were shot at her. She stuck her wand out and yelled "Protego!" She growled and watched as the spells were shot off to either side, hitting her beautiful kitchen and front room wall. She stared at the aurors. "I am NOT a Death Eater!" She said staring at them. "Matt should know! I've stayed at his house for weeks now! What do you think you're doing!" She yelled at them. The Protego between them she stepped around to the kitchen, and made for the bedroom.

It was a small apartment, and just the addition of two more people made it pretty cramped in there. Taking a few more steps backwards towards the bedroom, she reached out for the handle, hoping they wouldn't send a spell stronger then the ones they had just sent, she couldn't hold them back for spells harder then that. They were aurors after wall.. they had limits on what they were allowed to do! She couldn't be arrested by them.. not now! She had just made up her mind NOT to be a Death Eater! She wrenched open the bedroom door and flew into it, hoping to make a beeline for the balcony.

The Auror that had fired the stunning spell responded "Sophia Lestrange tipped us off that she had seen the brand on your arm throw down your wand or we will use deadly force" said the auror aiming his wand at Chase. The aurors advanced at her wanting to corner her. If they could,they knew it would be hopeless for her. Invisible, Ne'Os smiled if this didn't work nothing would. "The second auror remembered the balcony through the bedroom "Come on girl dont make this harder than it needs to be we both know you will die if you go for the balcony" he said ready to destroy any broom she may produce.

Chase stared wide eyed at the men. "I don't have a mark on my arm!" She yelped, and held out her arms. "Look!" she looked at the men and gasped. "Deadly force? What did I do?!" she moved away from her bedroom door, and back into the front room. She seriously didn't want to die! "ok.. ok here," She said and slowly put her wand on the floor. "Any bad spells could tip off the cops guys, do you want to deal with muggles?" She asked softly, and stepped away from her wand. "I seriously didn't do anything.." She said looking up at them wide eyed. She held up her hands in surrender. "Search me.. Sophia.. wouldn't do that.." she said softly. The only problem was, Chase KNEW these were real aurors.. she knew who they were, had seen them at Sophia's house. She gulped and stared at them. "Please.. just.. don't hurt me.." She whispered, hands still in the air in surrender.

"We have orders dear girl just because you used magic to hid your brand doesn't mean its not there" said one of the aurors this time with a very dark smile on his face. "Accio wand" he said summoning Chase's drop wand to his hand. "And since your a death eater you shall be treated as such, crucio" he said coldly aiming his wand at Chase's head. "And as you are a death eater you will die as one."

Chase stared helplessly as her wand was summoned by the auror. Her eyes went wide as he spoke and she took another step backwards, her back hitting the wall. He didn't look right, his eyes were dark, and his smile darker. "But I'm not a.." Chase started to say, but was cut off when he unexpectedly threw a crucio at her. Screaming, Chase dropped to the floor, writhing in pain. It felt like her bones were on fire, her body squirmed to try and find a spot that eased the pain, twisting and writhing on the floor as she screamed. This wasn't right.. it just wasn't right, an auror would never do this! Die! Did he just say die? She had heard him speak in between her screams of pain, and he had said she would die. Tears gathered in her eyes, but she pushed them back. She was done with crying, but the pain was so horrible.. she screamed again, her body shaking uncontrollably, pain in every pore of her body.

The Auror released his spell and stepped back the second one stepped forward he aimed his wand at the floor around her "Incendio" he said making a line of fire which quickly spread around Chase "But you wont die quickly oh-no we cant have that you will need to suffer just as those you tortured and killed and you will burn for it witch" he said in a insulting tone. The fire spread in the direction Chase was.

Chase lay on the ground shivering and panting as the spell was released. Her whole body was still tingling from the spell, the memory of the pain hard to forget now. She slowly pushed herself up onto her knees, her head whisked up when she smelt burning wood and fire. She gasped when she saw the ring already trapping her in the corner. "What the hell do you think you're doing!?" She cried out, grasping for her wand before realizing she didn't have it. She couldn't even use a flame freezing charm or anything, she would be burnt alive! She pushed herself against the wall and stared at them. "I haven't done anything of the sort! Whoever told you that was a complete liar!" She cried out fear etched into her voice.

What kind of Death Eater could possibly act like this? She was crying from fear, her whole body shaking from the recent spell put on her. She looked up at the aurors, her hair in her face, tears falling down it slowly. "Please.. at least.. at least give me a trial or something, send me to Azkaban! But please just.. just don't kill me!" She pushed herself farther against the wall, feeling it heat up from the flames. Glancing to the side, she decided to make a break for it. And taking a deep breath she ran and jumped over the flames, going just fast enough it only singed her toes and legs, but not badly enough to keep her from running. The flames hadn't been high enough yet! She sprinted into her bedroom and closed the door behind her, wishing she had her wand so she could lock it.

[OOC: err.. Ne'Os.. come in whenever you like I'd rather you didn't kill her though ok? :] I don't think she needs saved really though.. I feel happy that people consider it though :]]

The auror who casted the ring of fire looked at the other "Stay here in case she escapes" he said as he walked to the door "Bomburda" he said. the door flew off its hinges with a loud crash he aimed his wand at Chase "On be half of the minister of magic i declare you guilty your punishments is death..Stupefy" he said wanting to cause as much pain as possible to her that was the only thing he could think about...as if all other thought was gone. Like something was controlling him.
