The Damage Done

Andrew still had floating doubts in his head, and his instincts telling him to back out now, before anyone had gotten hurt. But what kind of leader would he look like if he cowared out now? Not one of the best he knew of course. He stood back up with new found confidence and nodded. "Yeah," he said, still unsure about this new found responsibility "we'll get this done." He looked back at Jack and said "Thanks."

Jack grinned up at Andrew, glad to have helped him recover some of his confidence. She stood herself and brushed herself off, walking back to her chair and leaning on it. She was still pretty sore but she did not want to sit down and appear weak. Not after her 'we can do anything we set our minds to' pep talk.

She carefully considered the situation. "We need to figure out this mysterious figure. We can do some detective work if need be." How she loved detective work. "Anyone know where we can start with that? Oh, and we should probably brainstorm some havoc we can create while we are trying to get this plan ready."

"We need to wait for the school to come back up," he said grabbing another potion from the counter "if we try any havoc outside these walls, we'll be killed. It'd be safer here to fight guerilla tatics here than elsewhere since the Death Eaters can't just kill us in the hallways. Ironically, we're safer here than elsewhere." He then unscrwed the cap on it and then drank the entire contents in one drink. He felt a lot better afterwords and almost felt his healing system kick in quicker.

Louis wanted to cheer everyone up. "So... Any word on anyone" He said. Louis said. He had no idea on what to do know. He just felt like screaming. So he got up. He looked at Andrew, Miseria, and then at Jack. He walked around thinking. Now for some reason he wanted his friens to cheer up. He also wanted Sophia to get here. And he hoped Nico to get here at any time. He felt like singing so it was the time. He started singing a song he had heard caled 'never say never' this is how he sang it.

Jack nodded. It sounded like her rogue pack of pranksters plot was going to work after all. She always knew that she was skilled at pranking for a reason and when the idea had come to her to band together with a few other troublemakers and cause...well, trouble, she had known then that it would be of use.

She said, "I have a few personal things I'll be doing, don't you worry." She nodded. "But we also have to be careful. Because we are here, we are in a really good position to get to the Death Eaters here. We can't compromise that completely." It would stink to have all of the members of Potter's Army expelled...or worse.

Unfortunately, Jack was not as calm, cool, and collected as she was letting on and suddenly Louis was singing. Jack had always tried to subdue her sort of...hands-on personality when it was business, but right now she couldn't. She rounded on Louis. "Louis! Could you be serious just this once!"

She knew that Andrew was going to tell her to calm down, but she was not going to hit the kid or anything, though her expression said otherwise. She had self control, but right now, she was not in the mood for singing.

[OH GOD NOOOOOO!!! NOT JUSTIN BEAVER!!]

Andrew walked over to Jack and put his hand on her shoulder. "Look," he said calmly "we don't need to be going at each others throats. We are a team, and by god I'm not going to let this end by having us fighting each other. We need to compromise, and I'm not going to step in all the time." He then moved the glass orb that held the potion to heal in his hand.

(That's totally why I thought 'Ok, I'll let Jack get angry.' Haha)

Jack nodded, still thoroughly pissed off. Honestly, she was proud of herself for getting along with everyone as well as she had. Had the people in Potter's Army known just how impatient she could be, they would all be surprised she had kept her mouth shut for this long, because she had behaved pretty well, considering.

But as much as she didn't want to admit it, Andrew was right and she allowed herself to be calmed down by him. She turned to Louis and said, through partially gritted teeth, "Sorry I snapped, mate. I just...can't stand that song." She, in reality, had heard it once or so (and did hate it) but he could have burst into a classic and she still would have snapped.

Andrew smiled as Jack got herself under control, even after all these pressures had been looming over everyone. It was understandable if someone had snapped, it was a very gloomy night. "Well how about we all just go home and just try to relax? We can all settle this in the morning." He was beginnig to feel tired, and just wanted to go home and fall asleep, or watch TV and fall asleep on the couch.

Jack nodded at what he said. It was time to head home and get a shower and sleep. She figured she could probably go to Uncle Chip's or something, seeing as she really did not want to head home. A) Her parents were there and B) Her brother would flip out if he saw her all bloody and would try to keep her from returning.

But they didn't need to know her problems. She nodded, yawning and mopping her brow again. "That's probably a good idea. We all look like hell." She smiled.

"Me the most," he joked as he noticed the large cut on his right shoulder blade, right next to the scar he had received when he was sniped in Africa. Good times really. He was wanting to apperate with every second passing and just go take a shower to get the blood off his body. "If anyone want to come over, I don't mind having guests," he offered walking over to the shelve again. He grabbed a few more potions, just in case he was having pains in the morning and then stashed them in his pocket.
