Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Post by Khaat Lupin Sat Jun 26, 2010 10:37 pm

Khaat knew her cue. She managed to be at the door to the Great Hall silently as the focus went to the students. As soon as she could manage it, she looked at Vincent and thought he saw her leave. She slipped out the door and left Hogwarts. The farther she could be away from whatever was going to blow up the better right now. She was content to leave it in his very capable hands and return to her daughter and to the safety of the safehouse where Brian Quinn was making sure no harm could come to Abbey and that Rob would never get his hands on Khaat's precious daughter. She crossed the Hogwarts grounds quickly, thinking only of getting home.

''And that's it?'', ejaculated Doyle. ''No speech, no secret plot that is going to blow everyone out of their pants, no introducing the new professor?'', he continued. ''For those of you who are present, my name is Edgar A. Doyle and I shall be your Potions Master next term, maybe even more, but more on that later, we have to keep our Papermaster in the mist'', he introduced himself. ''What was that one thing again... ah yes. You forgot to introduce your guests of the night Headmaster, it would be highly improbable of you to jeopardize everyone here by NOT telling them what you have planned'', he said.

Post by Nerezza Ferruccio Sat Jun 26, 2010 10:53 pm

Nerezza knew the plan. She was eager to get started on it immediately, but she was going to be patient, if just for once in her life. As she stepped onto the Grounds of Hogwarts, she smirked wickedly at the fact that no one would recognize her. She had long red hair pulled up into a messy bun with porcelain skin to match, tinged with freckles. She wore a short purple dress, the silky cloth sticking to her every curve as if it had been painted onto her body. Her shoes were black stilettos, making soft punctures in the grass as she took a step. Her lips were thin, her nose more pointed, yet her eyes remained the same unnatural green that she had been born with. If there was anyone that came across her, surely they would be startled with such agonizingly beautiful eyes. They were one of a kind, after all. Her arrogance showed through her body language as she found herself in the presence of an onslaught of various magical people. Her emeralds shot across the seats in interest until she found an empty area to sit and watch everything around her.

With interest, she eavesdropped on many a conversation, her favorite being the one between a young woman named Natalie whose mannerisms were quite familiar and Narcissa Malfoy, who seemed completely amused at the other woman before her. Smirking with approval, Nerezza allowed herself to relax her composure, her eyes remaining alert and nearly feral. Nothing could escape her notice now. The scent of the various students made her want to vomit. She was glad to be rid of this place, for she always knew that she was better than all of those that were her elders. She could have killed them all with a single fight, had they chosen to play fairly. Giggling at such a thought, she knew that she never played in such a way. She found the sneakiest of antics to catch someone off guard, no matter if it was called for or not.

When Nerezza's impulses flew into her brain, she acted on them without a second thought.

On her way to Hogwarts, Caelani had taken a side trip through Trafalgar Square and there had relieved some Australian tourist of his camera. It was no more than he deserved for his comments regarding the talents of the English Cricket Team. Now, she fished it out of her robes and slipped toward the front of the hall along with the graduates, carlessly clicking the button as she went.

Thaor had watched everything happen with adrenaline building every minute. He knew the time was quickly approaching. He noticed Khaat leave, and wondered why she would leave so quickly.

Thaor turned in his chair and waited for a sign to act.

Nikki Granger wrote:"I am just glad you're here," Nikki replied. She smiled and waited for the ceremony to start. "I can't believe it..gone so quickly..soon I'll be there.." Nikki hoped. Nikki then looked into Harry's eyes and just didn't know what to do or say. There were so many things she wanted to do..Cry, laugh, be angry. "I got my sister a present for her graduation.." Nikki told Harry. "It's a gold necklace, with her name and a red rhinestone for the letter 'i'" Nikki whispered.

Harry smiled happily at her and gave her a quick pash on her lips and pulled away from her. "I love you too, bub," he told her. Then he looked away for a few minute watching everything that was going on and looked back at Nikki as she spoke and caught her gaze and started to look back into her eyes. He didn't know what to say to her, as she told him that she couldn't believe it... soon she was going to be there. He thought it was just best to keep it to himself maybe he'll think of something to say afterwards. "Oh." he rose his eyebrows at her. "Cool, what is it?" he asked her and waited patiently for her to tell him what it was. "Wicked. I'm sure she'll love it..its a great present."

"Hate these things..they never seem to start on time.." Nikki muttered. Nikki sighed and rest her head on his shoulder. She just wanted to kiss him all day long but where were they going to do that? Lake? Empty room? Oh well, Nikki thought. "Hope I get to talk to my sis soon, she seems to be sooo popular!" Nikki exclaimed. Nikki then sighed and stretched her legs and yawned for a bit. Not being able to do anything tires her.

Post by Sophia Granger Sun Jun 27, 2010 2:41 am

Sophia raised her eyebrows at him as she seen him laugh which was something she haven't seen him do in god knows how long. "Well... that's good."said Sophia giving him a soft warm smile. "True you couldn't, and thanks although this year wasn't the same without you around though."said Sophia softly. That was true, Sophia used to hang with Darren in the library or the lake whenever she seen him and he was at Hogwarts. Sophia wiped around at Ne'os's loud voice and rolled her eyes at him and turned her attention back to Darren.
"If your looking for Gin, I haven't seen her around here at all."said Sophia softly looking around.

Post by Jess Potter Sun Jun 27, 2010 7:41 am

Jess nodded and turned as Headmaster Majere made his announcement, and watched as his friends approached the front and collected their diplomas, a broad grin on his face, and clapping wildly whenever his friends went up. "Good day to you Darren," he added, clapping his old friend on the back. "Long time no see. I'm sure, if i remember your intuition correctly, you will feel something in the air. This may be the last time i see you my friend, i just want to let you know, i'm glad to have had the honour of knowing you, and that i've always seen the good inside of you, even if others haven't," he told Darren honestly, before relaxing slightly and cheering for his friends.

"Sonorous. Three cheers for the graduating class," he shouted, smiling as everyone cheered.

Post by Andrew Thompson Sun Jun 27, 2010 7:44 am

Andrew stood next to Sophia still feeling out of place still. He turned to see a man using the sonorus spell to turn his voice up and heard him say 3 cheers. He only stood as other people around them cheered. He had already congratulated the only person he knew was graduating. He stared to the front and still had a cold feeling about Majere. Something wasn't right.
