Hogwarts Graduation Ceremony

Jess looked a sorry sight, he was bloodied, with scratches all over his face, blood coating his mouth, and bruising everywhere.

He was drifting, his eyes having moments of utter clarity, and others where he could barely see, the same for his ears, normally they coincided.

He inwardly cursed as he watched his wand picked up, as if on a string, and fly into the palm of none other than the headmaster himself, the betrayer, the backstabber.

He felt the ropes bind him, and winced as they roughly moved his limbs. Arm, right was broken for sure, left knee, shattered by the feel of it. The pain, why, it couldn't even be described, but at least as it throbbed away, it kept him conscious, and told him he was alive, that was a start. Wasn't it?

What almost , just almost hurt more was when Jen, someone he'd actually trusted for awhile came and patted him on the head. He'd lost, and he knew it, all he could do was sit there, and wait for it to end, or to be dealt with, whichever came first.

This fight kind of horrified Miseria, though, it wasn't really much of a fair thing. Everyone attacked Jess and what she did? She stood there, next to a door, unable to move because of the impression and shock and watched now, as Vincent Majere attacked Jess and then tiding him up. She closed her eyes for a moment, trying to clear the vision. It was su unfair. Even one student, from year four, was on the Death Eaters side. She watched as Jess Potter was bleeding and there was nothing she could do. Why wasn't anyone protecting him or trying to heal him? Not even the order members or the teachers.

She watched as Jen Dent, the woman who Khaat told her, was padding him on head and left to stand next to her brother, Robert Dent, with whom her mother was once married. So they escaped the azkaban. Feeling so empty and sad that she couldn't do anything, just stare, she backed up for the doors and left the place. She had to find Khaat and talk to her.

''Yes, it does seem you are both predictable and stupid, Paper-boy. Yes, I will leave, but I will laos be here and I never leave without a big bang. You two, cover yourselves.'', he said, raising his wand. He whirled it a couple of time, smashing the glass from the windows with it, then sending all of that shattered glass down on Majere and the Death Eaters. ''And now, I exit, stage downwards'', he said, sending a mental not to Wilson and McCoy where he will be.

He was going downstaris, to the Dungeons. Now that he was here, he wasn't going to leave. How he would hide, we would all see.

This was getting into a blood bath. Sadly, he could not join in, he just couldn't jeopardize his position. He had managed to get almost everyone that wasn't involved in this fight. Doyle had escaped somewhere inside the school, McCoy had caused a lot of trouble, but he would be able to clear that. The bigger problem was... what to do afterwards? ''Vincent, stop this nonsense immediately! There are too many lives at stake!'', he yelled from the door.

Narcissa, who had been watching what had transpired from the shadows, removed herself and lit her wand. She looked over at Jess who had been clamped down by the table and tied up using a spell and she couldn’t help but feel a little bit of compassion for the man. She made her way over, feeling the fallen glass crunching underfoot. How the Dents had got that much out of a few vials she didn’t know but she didn’t want to know anyway.

She knelt down in front of Jess and tipped his head from side to side. He seemed to be alive for the most part. He was definitely stronger than he looked. Narcissa tutted, “You poor, poor boy.” She murmured, mostly to herself as she didn’t know whether he was conscious or not. Narcissa cast a numbing spell. It wouldn’t last long, nor was it very strong, but it would definitely relieve some of the pain he must have been feeling but she was guessing that the pain was the only thing keeping him conscious.

Narcissa didn’t think the Death Eaters were going to kill him. He was a bargaining chip for the most part. Narcissa cast a look over at the door and scowled when she saw James’ return. He didn’t need to be there – it was a bad move to come back to a room full of Death Eaters. Shaking her head, she looked back at Jess and sighed. “Your hero complex will be the death of you, lad. I don’t think you hit your head. Even so, stay awake. If you fall asleep this sodding battle could be the last thing you ever witness and wouldn't that be depressing?"

Sophia cursed when the lights went out. "Oh god NOT now!"said Sophia angrily as she gotten her wand from the inside of her robe. As she ran towards the door to found it sealed shut she pointed her wand at. "Bombarda Maxima!"said Sophia as the doors to the Great Hall exploded. As she gotten the younger students out she ducked spells that were bouncing off the walls. As she looked around for anymore students she turned to her sister while ducking spells. "Nikki, get out of here Now, it's to dangerous for you to be here!"said Sophia softly as she pointed her wand at a death eater or who ever it was and shouted. "Sectumsempra!" as the spell headed towards him.

Nerezza smiled when the lights went out. Immediately, she shifted back into herself and then jumped up from her seat excitedly. She always looked forward to things like this. Chaos was her favorite. For a while, she couldn't move. She was simply basking in the chaos of it all. It was really too dark for her to see, but she was careful to shield herself away from attack if there was a chance of it. Moving her emerald eyes in the way of a familiar voice. Sophia . . . what was her last name? No matter. Moving towards her, she grinned, her pearly whites glinting like snakes' fangs in the semi-darkness. "Hello, Sophia. Remember me?" She sidestepped the dark spell and smiled once more. Sophia couldn't be considered a student any longer. She had just graduated. This would be a fair game. Slashing her wand violently in the air, Nerezza thought, CRUCIO! aiming her spell towards the new graduate.

Keeping her ears on the happenings with Jess, Nerezza noticed that there was not a lot of fight coming from him at the moment. They were going to win. The sweet smell of victory wafted into her nostrils and she couldn't help but giggle. She knew that she wasn't supposed to kill anyone, but killing was her favorite game. First, she wanted their blood. She hardly ever slaughtered another person without first tasting their crimson blood or feeling it run along her skin. She was eager for it and only hoped that the other Death Eaters would remain fixed on Jess so that she could have her desire. Especially because she knew that Sophia was a member of the Order. She could see it in her eyes. She had always known of her goody two shoes ways. There was no hope for evil to come forth from her, unfortunately. No, Nerezza would win.

Sophia dodged the Cruciatus Curse Nerezza sent towards her. "Why hello Nerezza, I thought you were dropped off the face of this earth!"said Sophia smirking. "I see you haven't changed one bit with you want-a-be-Bellatrix self!"said Sophia smiling. " Impedimenta!" Sophia thought to herself sending the spell towards her. "You must remember Nerezza, I'm not the weak innocent student I used to be, I'm stronger and faster."said Sophia smirking. "Don't underestimate me Nerezza, I changed since we last met."said Sophia angrily as looked at her with her red eyes.

''Protego Totalum'', Wilson yelled from the door, blocking the figth between Sophia and Nerezza. ''You, stop it and Lestrange, get the hell out of here and that is an order. Ths fight is over, you have achieved what you wanted and cease it. There is no more need for casualties'', he said, ordering Sophia to leave.

Keera’s heart beat in her ears distractingly as she watched everything before her. The students were safe, and that was all that mattered to Keera; the professors were strong enough to protect themselves, and Keera knew that if she got involved that it would only be foolishness on her part. She scanned the area quickly when the a younger voice was heard. “Lestrange?” Keera hissed; she hadn’t had any idea that the Minister had a daughter. She sprinted forward, making her way towards the young girl almost completely unseen amongst all the chaos.

“Come here, foolish girl,” Keera growled, grabbing Sophia from behind by the shoulders, pulling her backwards; even if she was the Minister’s daughter, she was still a student, and Keera had no intentions of letting one of them die because some Death Eater got a little too excited.

Quickly, Keera dug her wand from her robes and held it out at arm’s length, aiming directly at the women who was nearest to her (Nerezza) and flicked it skillfully. She whispered something- the incantation to the unforgivable, Cruciatus Curse- she knew that much, but all she could hear was the thudding of her heart and the irritating, never-ending ticking that continued on mockingly, infuriating her. Instead of taking this out on herself as she usually did, smashing her head against the nearest wall, Keera let all of her frustration and hatred seep into the incantation she spoke. She felt it run through her viens, down her arm and shivered as her rage danced along the wood of her wand.

She was loosing it. The bloodlust was there, and she couldn’t deny it.
