"This pawn to F-3" Mariana said slightly tapping a pawn that stood on F-2 with her wand. She listened to the storm that was blasting outside. "You haven't heard a word i said did you?" she asked Colby though not angry.She would just like to stop playing this game if he didn't.There were a lot of more things they could do since chess was pointless if Colby wasn't paying attention.

Mariana flicked her wand and made all the figures fly back in the box. "In that case we better stop playing. I am not good at explaining anything that's not quditch so..." she said not changing her expression.It wasn't easy to make her angry thogh once angry she it was hard to make her stop yelling. "How about some late tea?" she suggested as she felt Colby leaning closer to her.She just raised her hand and put it on his shoulder more like his mother then anything else.

Mariana flicked her wand and made two cups of tea appear on the table in front of them along with a silver teapot...She used her wand to pour the tea inside before she packed it inside of her robes. "Milk,sugar,something?" she asked as she already poured milk inside of hers. She observed the way Colby was looking at her all along though she prefer to pretend not seing it.

Mariana put some sugar in Colby's tea though not using her wand again like she used to for every single small little thing. "There you go.." she said as she passed the tea towards Colby.He kept looking at her and Mariana didn't really know how to break his hopes without feeling guilty though she had to sometime. "What's with the staring?Do i have something on my face?" she asked trying to turn the topic to where she would eventually tell Colby a few things he might not like at all.

"thanks," he said takeing the tea from mari. "umm no theres nothing on your face. sorry." he said looking into the brownis liquid in the cup then took a sip of it. not the best drink he had ever had but who really care right. he was with a pretty girl

Mariana knew that was going to be the answer though she wasn't really good at breaking hopes or hearts for that matter. "I know i don't..." she said though more for herself then for anyone else. "I am not blind Colby.I see the way you look at me,but trust me it's better if you don't expect anything.Even if i am single i am still not ready to start another relationship with you or with anyone." she said quietly feeling guilty though there was no turning back now.
