Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Suddenly Miseria's grin made a way on her pale vampire-like face again. The scottish accent was always making her smile. It was like one actors... Hugh Jackman, right? accent. She and her new muggle friends have been watching Van Helsing when she was younger, and though it was only about fighting vampires, she liked this movie very much.
"I'm fifth year," she replied slowly. "You?"

"Third..." Alex stared at grass. She had noticed smile on Miseria's face and tried´to figure out what was so funny. Her scottish accent? Maybe. Alex loved her accent. She sounded just like Desmond Hume, the character from muggles' TV-show LOST, one thing she liked.

Miseria lost her smile, and looked at the water. She was still afraid of it, though. Since she was a child. Strange was her fear. But now that she was waiting, she wouldn't go swimming this summer. She couldn't even imagine herself with a huge stomach. It was just too odd think of it.

Silence flied around them, when Alex tried to find something to talk about. "Um... So... what're your fav' classes? I like DADA the most." That was true. Go DADA. Let's fight with all these Death Eaters and other evil guys.

Miseria raised her eyebrows. Once again this little girl impressed her. She seemed like a human who didn't love to talk muhc, but as for now... she looked like a kind blondie. "I like every lesson what's interesting, so it's complicated for me to choose one favourite..." she explained. But as for Defence against the dark arts... She liked this lesson as well. It was interesting and there was alot to learn.

"Okay," Alex said. A second went.
" I 'ave a brotha." she found a new theme then, starting to lose H-s in her speak. Aye, one of her bad sides. When she talked too fast, she lost H-s. " 'is name's Desmond. 'e's cool. Do ya 'ave a brotha?"

Miseria's mouth fell open when she heard this scottish accent again. She didn't understand some words at the beginning, but while repeating those words in her head, she shook her head. "No, I don't have any brothers or sisters..." she replied. "Yet."
She didn't mention the fact that she was adopted at Khaat, her new mother was also pregnant.

"Oh, so ya'll have soon?" Alex smiled. "That's kinda cool."
Alex kept her mouth shut about one thing - that she had sister once. Eileen was her name. She died in a car accident before Alex was born. Even her parents didn't know that Alex knew about Eileen.

Miseria nodded to her. And like Alex, she didn't mention a little fact that she was going to become a mother as well. Well... that was a kind of thing what people will notice after few months when she'll wear some bigger clothes. "And what about you? Have any brothers or sisters?" she asked in her transilvanian accent.[/I]

"Na'. Des is only." Alex replied. She noticed Miseria's transilvanian accent. It reminded her vampires. Oh yea. She had read too much vampire stories, though she hated vampires. Fangs weren't so bad, but drinking blood and transforming into bat were weird (specially the last one. Bats are very lightweight, much liter than humans. If you transform into bat, then where goes the rest?). And that new stile of 'em - sparkling... Cheeze.
