Battle for the Minsitry! (DEs,OotP, and Ministry)

Robert had no desire to harm a woman, especially one so young. She was only doing her job, misguided as he thought she was. He fired directly upon Gabrielle, hoping to slow her but not harm her. "Langlock!" he fired at her.
His hope was that she was weaker in nonverbal magic than in verbal magic. It was worth a try before actually trying to harm her. It was his way of sending a warning only.

Mariana looked around as everyone seemed to be busy though she still turned to James because she wouldn't feel guilty if anything happens to him. "Lumos Solem!!" she yelled making an eye-blinding light before she mentally prepared for casting another spell and keep this one going along. "Everte Statum!!" she shouted not really sure anymore who to attack and who not.

((Mariana, aren't those auror or graduate only spells? I saw them in the spell compendium under those two headings i think))

James shrugged, the potter child was an inconvenience, nothing more. As the temperature dropped he shivered and lost his thoughts for a second, then he was hit by something that made his eyes unfocus, and sear with pain, he put his wand to his eyes, knowing the next few seconds would be critical to get his eyesight restored, he dived to... where he thought the ground was, and he crawled behind what felt like a lump of gold statue. He jabbed his eyes with his wand and felt the swelling subdue immediately, god that felt good. He then jumped out from behind cover and took aim. "Avada Kedavra!" he yelled at Mariana, before pointing his wand at Matt. "Avada Kedavra," he cursed once more, he wanted them dead

"Avada Kedavra! Killing children now, are you, you pitiful excuse for an old codger?" Robert was outraged seeing Roland go after Mari. She was still a child, and this man was a nuisance to Robert now. He had a fairly clear shot at him as he saw Roland jumping out of the rubble.

Matt dodged the first one and luckily a piece of flying rubble blocked the other while he was busy blocking the other. Matt then waved his wand making the statue James was next to come to life. He forced it to turn towards him and stand very intimidatingly over James. It was a statue of a very muscular wizard with a very pointy wand and a sword. He looked at James with a smile, he flicked his wand and the statue attacked.

Gabrielle sensed as Jess's stunning spell hit her in the hand.Fortunatly it was only a hand so she didn't faint,just flew on the floor which knocked her off for the next spell.By the time she got up she was rather tired of this.That was 3rd time today she finished on the floor.She grabbed her wand and got back into the fight. "[b]Nice try...jeez this fight is nerving me.AVADA KEDAVRA!!" she yelled sending it towards Gibbs who was her primar target.

"Contego!" Robert was done playing now. He used his protection shield to cover himself and his friends.,

"Tempesta!" He unleashed a torent of foul weather on those who were not protected. He did not like revealing his true power levels, but this was not going to end up being something he could get out of easily with simple first year charms.

James laughed, some of the spells being sent towards him were pitiful. He looked around and saw the statue coming at him and sighed. resorting to physicality... the sign of a truly weak wizard in his opinion. "Bombarda Maxima!" he shouted, causing the statue to blow up. "Try harder," he cried out, before turning to robert. He seemed like the first actual threat he'd seen all day. Avoiding the spell he pointed his wand at the storm and watched it disipate, "You were an auror at some point?" he called out, finally a worthy oponent. "impedimenta!" he shot at Rob

"Well yes i work for him but im helping the ministry because my job requires me to besides if it keeps you from riseing to a position you know nothing about then so be it" he said blocking Jess's spells "Stupefy" he said.

James had turned his back to him? That was a stupid thing to do, and to a Vampire even. No matter, he waved his wand and made a bunch of big pieces of rubble shoot at James. He then looked at the ceiling, so much of it was gone anyway. The Ministry wouldn't mind if he just...pretty well finished it off. He could only imagine what was going on in the muggle streets of London. He then pointed his wand at the ceiling and and yelled "Bombardia Maxima" and seeing the ceiling come down on James. There was no way he could save himself from this, there was too much going at him.
